Abstract
【解決手段】複製マシン内でシート温度が高温の場所からその下流にある別の場所へとシートSを送るため、移送チャネル32を設ける。移送チャネル32には何個かのエアドラッグクーラ10を設け、インレットマニホルド20を介しそのプレナム14を空気流源に連結する。エアドラッグクーラ10は、シート移送チャネル32のインレットとアウトレットの間に配置された開口例えばシート移送方向横断方向に沿って延びるスロット26を介して、移送チャネル32に連通させる。移送チャネル32内に送り込まれたシートSを、スロット26を介しエアドラッグクーラ10が移送チャネル32内に送り込む空気流によって、シート移送方向沿いに先送りすると同時に冷ます。

Claims (4)
- 複製マシンにて使用されシート送り用に移送チャネルを形成するシート移送システムであって、
それぞれ空気流源に連結可能な1個又は複数個のプレナムと、各プレナムを移送チャネルと連通させる1個又は複数個の開口と、を有し、
それら開口のうち少なくとも1個が、プレナム内に流れる空気を移送チャネル内に送り込みシート移送方向沿いに流せるよう配置されたシート移送システム。 - 請求項1記載のシート移送システムであって、開口のうち少なくとも1個が、シート移送方向横断方向沿いに延びるスロットとして形成された部分を含むシート移送システム。
- シート移送システムにより複製マシン内にシート送り用の移送チャネルを形成してシートを移送する方法であって、
シート移送方向に沿って移送チャネル内にシートを送り込むステップと、
移送チャネル内にシートがある状態で、シート移送チャネルのインレットとアウトレットの間に位置する一箇所又は複数箇所から移送チャネル内に空気流を送り込み、シート移送方向沿いに流すステップと、
を有する方法。 - シート温度が高まる場所から複製マシン内でその下流にある場所へとシートを送るべくシート移送システムによって複製マシン内に移送チャネルを形成してシートを移送する方法であって、
シート移送方向に沿って移送チャネル内にシートを送り込むステップと、
シート移送方向沿いに先送りされていくうちにシートが冷めるようシート移送チャネル内に空気流を送り込むステップと、
を有する方法。
