Claims (27)
- アクチュエータとノズル閉鎖部材とを具備し、前記アクチュエータが噴霧ノズルと該噴霧ノズルに隣接した第1開口と該第1開口下方の第2開口と前記噴霧ノズルに流通していると共にエアロゾルバルブの上方へと突出するステムにシール状態で係合する下方へと延びる突起とを有し、前記ノズル閉鎖部材が該ノズル閉鎖部材が閉位置にあるときに前記第1開口に嵌合して前記噴霧ノズルをシールする第1突起と該ノズル閉鎖部材が閉位置にあるときに前記第2開口に嵌合して前記アクチュエータの下方へ延びる突起とエアロゾルバルブとの間に配置されて前記アクチュエータの作動を防止する第2突起と噴霧開口が開いている開位置から前記噴霧開口が閉じていて前記第1突起が前記第1開口に係合すると共に前記第2突起が前記第2開口に係合している閉位置への該ノズル閉鎖部材の枢動を可能とするように前記アクチュエータに取り付けられるヒンジとを有する装置。
- 上記ヒンジが上記アクチュエータの作動方向に対して平行な軸線周りで枢動する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記第1突起が環状のシールリムである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記第2突起がテーパ形状となっている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記第2突起の端部が凹んでいる請求項4に記載の装置。
- 上記ノズル閉鎖部材が操作タブを有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記アクチュエータが上記操作タブに係合するロックタブを有する請求項6に記載の装置。
- 上記操作タブが第3開口を有し、上記ロックタブが該第3開口に係合するロックフランジを備えた端部を有する請求項7に記載の装置。
- 上記閉位置が上記アクチュエータと上記ノズル閉鎖部材および上記第1突起および上記第2突起の少なくとも1つとの間で圧入を画成する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 閉じられた容器と、該閉じられた容器に取り付けられると共に上方へと突出するステムを備えたエアロゾルバルブを有する取付カップと、アクチュエータと、ノズル閉鎖部材とを具備し、前記アクチュエータが噴霧ノズルと該噴霧ノズルに隣接した第1開口と該第1開口の下方の第2開口と前記噴霧ノズルに流通していると共に前記上方へと突出するステムにシール状態で係合する下方へと延びる突起とを有し、前記ノズル閉鎖部材が該ノズル閉鎖部材が閉位置にあるときに前記第1開口に嵌合して前記噴霧ノズルをシールする第1突起と該ノズル閉鎖部材が閉位置にあるときに前記第2開口に嵌合すると共に前記アクチュエータの下方へと延びる突起とエアロゾルバルブとの間に配置されて前記アクチュエータの作動を防止する第2突起と前記噴霧開口が開いている開位置から前記噴霧開口が閉じている閉位置への該ノズル閉鎖部材の枢動を可能とするように前記アクチュエータに取り付けられるヒンジとを有するエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- 上記ヒンジが上記アクチュエータの作動方向に対して平行な軸線周りで枢動する請求項10に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- 上記第1突起が環状のシールリムである請求項10に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- 上記第2突起がテーパ形状となっている請求項10に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- 上記第2突起の端部が凹んでいる請求項14に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- 上記ノズル閉鎖部材が操作タブを有する請求項10に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- 上記アクチュエータが上記操作タブに係合するロックタブを有する請求項16に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- 上記操作タブが第3開口を有し、上記ロックタブが該第3開口に係合するロックフランジを備えた端部を有する請求項17に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- 上記閉位置が上記アクチュエータと上記ノズル閉鎖部材および上記第1突起および上記第2突起の少なくとも1つとの間で圧入を画成する請求項10に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ。
- アクチュエータ用のノズル閉鎖部材であって、該ノズル閉鎖部材が閉位置にあるときに前記アクチュエータの第1開口に嵌合して前記アクチュエータをシールする第1突起と、当該ノズル閉鎖部材が閉位置にあるときに第2開口に嵌合すると共に前記アクチュエータの下方へと延びる突起とエアロゾルバルブの上方へと突出するステムとの間に配置されて前記アクチュエータの作動を防止する第2突起と、前記アクチュエータの噴霧開口が開いている開位置から前記噴霧開口が閉じている閉位置への当該ノズル閉鎖部材の枢動を可能とするように前記アクチュエータに取り付けられるヒンジとを具備するノズル閉鎖部材。
- 操作タブをさらに具備する請求項19に記載のノズル閉鎖部材。
- 上記操作タブが前記アクチュエータのロックタブに係合する請求項20に記載のノズル閉鎖部材。
- 上記操作タブが前記ロックタブのフランジに係合する第3開口を有する請求項21に記載のノズル閉鎖部材。
- 上記閉位置が上記アクチュエータと当該ノズル閉鎖部材および上記第1突起および上記第2突起の少なくとも1つとの間で圧入を画成する請求項19に記載のノズル閉鎖部材。
- エアロゾルバルブの偶発的な放出を防止する方法であって、非作動モードにあるときにエアロゾルバルブの上方へと突出するステムとアクチュエータの下方へと延びる突起との間に部材を配置し、作動モードにあるときに前記上方へと突出するステムと前記下方へと延びる突起との間にある前記部材を取り除く方法。
- 非作動モードにあるときに上記アクチュエータの第1開口へ突起を嵌合して該アクチュエータの噴霧ノズルをシールする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 非作動モードにあるときに上記部材を上記アクチュエータの第2開口に嵌合する請求項25に記載の方法。
- 非作動モードにあるときに上記部材をロックし、作動モードにあるときに該部材のロックを解放する請求項24に記載の方法。
