Abstract
【解決手段】電池群と、電池群の制御を行う制御部3と、ケース4とを備えた電池パックであって、制御部3は、複数の制御機器5〜8とこれらの制御機器5〜8をケース4内に固定する設置部材18とを備え、設置部材18の各制御機器5〜8を固定するそれぞれの取付部19〜22の高さを、少なくとも隣り合う制御機器5〜8の最大幅寸法部の高さ位置が異なるように設定している。

Claims (5)
- 電池群と、電池群の制御を行う制御部と、ケースとを備えた電池パックであって、制御部は、複数の制御機器とこれらの制御機器をケース内に固定する設置部材とを備え、設置部材の各制御機器を固定するそれぞれの取付部は、少なくとも隣り合う制御機器の最大幅寸法部の高さ位置が異なるように設定された高さであることを特徴とする電池パック。
- 設置部材の取付部の下部空間は、配線用の空間であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池パック。
- 設置部材は、樹脂成形品であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電池パック。
- ケース内に、電子制御ユニット及びその信号ワイヤハーネスを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の電池パック。
- 制御機器は、正極用メインリレーと、負極用メインリレーと、プレチャージリレーと、抵抗とを備え、2つのメインリレーを設置部材の一側部と中央部に配置し、プレチャージリレーと抵抗を設置部材の他側部に並列配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の電池パック。
