Abstract

本発明は、埋め込み型医療用具に関し、より詳細には、吸収性金属ステントであって、ステント分解中の分解速度をコントロールし、pH中性を維持する物質を持続的に放出させるためのコーティングを含む、吸収性金属ステントに関する。
多くの体内人工器官の目的は、患者の体内の管腔内部において支持機能を実施することである。従って、体内人工器官は、埋め込み可能であるようにデザインされており、支持機能を確保するキャリア足場を有する。金属材のインプラントは、既知である。その種のインプラントのキャリアまたは足場構造体用材料としての金属の選択は、特に、金属の機械的特性に基づく。
本発明は、以上手短に述べたようなマグネシウム合金に伴う制約を克服する。
多数の埋め込み型医療用具の製造には、鉄系合金、コバルト系合金およびチタン系合金、ならびに、耐熱金属および耐熱性合金などの生体適合性、固溶体強化合金が利用されることができる。本発明に従った埋め込み型医療用具の生体適合性合金は、現在用いられている医療用合金に勝る多数の長所を提供する。その長所は、現在用いられている材料および製造法の制約を伴うことなく、設計者によって意図されたとおりに十分に実施することを目的とする基礎ミクロ構造加工能を含む。
Mg(固体) + 2H2O(気体) →Mg(OH)2(液体) + H2(気体)
他の元素、特にアルミニウムは、はるかに高速で分解し、可溶性電解質を溶出し、前記ステント付近にアルカリ環境を生じることができる。これは、順に、主要金属イオンの分解を加速し、当該ステントの機械的強度の早期喪失を招く可能性がある。

生分解性金属材料から形成される足場構造体と、
前記足場構造体に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのコーティングであって、前記少なくとも1つのコーティングが、前記生分解性金属材料の分解速度をコントロールし、前記足場構造体に近接する実質的にpH中性の環境を維持するように、少なくとも1種類の物質を溶出するよう構成されている、少なくとも1つのコーティングと、

(2) 実施態様1に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記足場構造体は、ステントを含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(3) 実施態様2に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記ステントは、マグネシウム合金から形成される、
管腔内医療用具。
(4) 実施態様1に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記少なくとも1つのコーティングは、ポリマー材料を含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(5) 実施態様4に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記ポリマー材料は、高分子量酸放出ポリマーを含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(6) 実施態様5に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記高分子量酸放出ポリマーは、ポリラクチドを含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(7) 実施態様5に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記高分子量酸放出ポリマーは、ポリグリコリドを含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(8) 実施態様5に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記高分子量酸放出ポリマーは、ポリカプロラクトンを含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(9) 実施態様1に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記少なくとも1つのコーティングは、治療薬を含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(10) 実施態様9に記載の管腔内医療用具であって、
前記治療薬は、再狭窄抑制剤を含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(11) 実施態様5に記載の管腔内医療用具であって、
前記再狭窄抑制剤は、ラパマイシンを含む、
管腔内医療用具。
(12) 管腔内医療用具において、
生分解性金属材料から形成された足場構造体と、
前記足場構造体に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの第一コーティングであって、前記少なくとも1つの第一コーティングが、前記生分解性金属材料の分解速度をコントロールし、前記足場構造体に近接する実質的にpH中性の環境を維持するように、少なくとも1種類の物質を溶出するよう構成された、少なくとも1つの第一コーティングと、
前記少なくとも1つの第一コーティングに取り付けられた少なくとも1つの第二コーティングであって、前記少なくとも1つの第二コーティングが、治療薬を含む、少なくとも1つの第二コーティングと、
を含む、管腔内医療用具。
Claims (12)
- 管腔内医療用具において、
生分解性金属材料から形成される足場構造体と、
前記足場構造体に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのコーティングであって、前記少なくとも1つのコーティングが、前記生分解性金属材料の分解速度をコントロールし、前記足場構造体に近接する実質的にpH中性の環境を維持するように、少なくとも1種類の物質を溶出するよう構成されている、少なくとも1つのコーティングと、
を含む、管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項1に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記足場構造体は、ステントを含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項2に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記ステントは、マグネシウム合金から形成される、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項1に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記少なくとも1つのコーティングは、ポリマー材料を含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項4に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記ポリマー材料は、高分子量酸放出ポリマーを含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項5に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記高分子量酸放出ポリマーは、ポリラクチドを含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項5に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記高分子量酸放出ポリマーは、ポリグリコリドを含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項5に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記高分子量酸放出ポリマーは、ポリカプロラクトンを含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項1に記載の管腔内医療用具において、
前記少なくとも1つのコーティングは、治療薬を含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項9に記載の管腔内医療用具であって、
前記治療薬は、再狭窄抑制剤を含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 請求項5に記載の管腔内医療用具であって、
前記再狭窄抑制剤は、ラパマイシンを含む、
管腔内医療用具。 - 管腔内医療用具において、
生分解性金属材料から形成された足場構造体と、
前記足場構造体に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの第一コーティングであって、前記少なくとも1つの第一コーティングが、前記生分解性金属材料の分解速度をコントロールし、前記足場構造体に近接する実質的にpH中性の環境を維持するように、少なくとも1種類の物質を溶出するよう構成された、少なくとも1つの第一コーティングと、
前記少なくとも1つの第一コーティングに取り付けられた少なくとも1つの第二コーティングであって、前記少なくとも1つの第二コーティングが、治療薬を含む、少なくとも1つの第二コーティングと、
