Claims (6)
- 車高調節用ショックアブソーバに設けられるピストンロッドであって、
内部に中空部が形成され、両端が開口した胴体部と、
前記中空部の一端から所定の距離だけ内側に離隔して形成された段部と、
前記中空部の他端に挿入されて開口した中空部を塞ぎ、前記段部に係止され移動が制限されるガイド部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車高調節用ショックアブソーバのピストンロッド。 - 前記ガイド部または前記ガイド部と対応する中空部の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられ、隙間をシールするOリングをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車高調節用ショックアブソーバのピストンロッド。
- 前記中空部の一端には、所定の長さのねじ部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車高調節用ショックアブソーバのピストンロッド。
- 前記ガイド部には、前記段部の内径と対応する段差部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の車高調節用ショックアブソーバのピストンロッド。
- 車高調節用ショックアブソーバに設けられるピストンロッドを加工する方法であって、
内部に中空部が形成され、両端が開口した胴体部を設けるステップ(a)と、
前記中空部の一端から所定の距離だけ内側に離隔して段部が形成されるように、前記中空部の他端から内側面を加工するステップ(b)と、
前記中空部の加工された内側面に対応するガイド部を設けた後、前記中空部の開口した他端からガイド部を挿入し、前記段部に密着させるステップ(c)と、
を含むことを特徴とする車高調節用ショックアブソーバのピストンロッドの加工方法。 - 前記ステップ(c)は、前記ガイド部または前記ガイド部と対応する中空部の少なくともいずれか一方に、隙間をシールするOリングを設けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車高調節用ショックアブソーバのピストンロッドの加工方法。
