Abstract
【解決手段】前記樹脂ライナ14の両側縁に厚肉部16を形成し、シール無し形式の場合はそのまま使用し、シール付き形式の場合はその厚肉部16の側面から傾斜溝17形成し、その傾斜溝17から外方の部分に弾性変形可能なシール部20を形成し、前記傾斜溝17に装着した締付けリング19によってシール部20を内輪12に密着させるようにした。

Claims (3)
- 外輪、内輪及び前記外輪の内周面に形成された樹脂ライナとからなり、前記樹脂ライナが前記内輪外周面に対し滑り接触するすき間をおいて対向した球面滑り軸受において、前記外輪の両側縁に内面側と側面側に開放された周溝が形成され、前記樹脂ライナの両側部に前記内輪外周面に対し前記のすき間を置き、かつ前記周溝に該樹脂ライナの樹脂が充填されて形成された厚肉部を有することを特徴とする球面滑り軸受。
- 前記厚肉部の側面に前記樹脂ライナの内面に向く傾斜溝が形成され、該傾斜溝の溝底部分に弾性変形可能な薄肉部が形成され、その薄肉部の外側縁に沿ってシール部が一体に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記傾斜溝に締付けリングが装着され、その締付け力により前記シール部が前記内輪外周面に密着されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の球面滑り軸受。
