Claims (11)
- 多発性硬化症の処置のための自己T細胞ワクチンを作製する方法であって、以下:
(a)該ワクチンで処置されるべき患者に由来するT細胞を含む末梢血単核細胞の集団を提供する工程;
(b)CD4+T細胞集団を減らす工程;
(c)MS関連抗原および必要に応じて抗原提示細胞を添加する工程;および
(d)工程(c)を1回以上反復する工程;
を包含し、該CD4 + T細胞集団を減らす工程は、該末梢血単核細胞からCD4 + 細胞を除去することによる、方法。 - 前記MS関連抗原が、ミエリン塩基性タンパク質、プロテオリピドタンパク質、ミエリン稀突起神経膠細胞糖タンパク質およびこれらの組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記MS関連抗原が、配列番号1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の配列を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が、IL−2を添加する工程をさらに包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が、マイトジェンを添加する工程をさらに包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マイトジェンが、フィトヘマグルチニン、コンカナバリンA、アメリカヤマゴボウマイトジェン、および抗CD3モノクローナル抗体からなる群より選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法により作製された、自己T細胞ワクチン。
- 多発性硬化症を処置するための、請求項7に記載の自己T細胞ワクチン。
- MS関連抗原に反応性のCD8 + T細胞の富化集団を含む自己T細胞ワクチンであって、CD4+T細胞集団が減らされている、ワクチン。
- MS関連抗原に反応性のCD8 + T細胞の富化集団を含む自己T細胞ワクチンであって、該MS関連抗原が、ミエリン塩基性タンパク質、プロテオリピドタンパク質およびミエリン稀突起神経膠細胞糖タンパク質からなる群より選択される、ワクチン。
- MS関連抗原に反応性のCD8 + T細胞の富化集団を含む自己T細胞ワクチンであって、該MS関連抗原が、配列番号1〜4のいずれか1つに記載される配列を含む、ワクチン。
