Abstract
Description
請求項1の特徴を有する、ばねエレメントを保持するための保持装置を備えた本発明によるピストンポンプには、はっきり減少させられた構成部材数を有しているという利点がある。さらに本発明のピストンポンプは特に簡単な組立を可能にする。特に本発明の保持装置は、弁閉鎖エレメントを戻すためのばねエレメントを受容しかつ支えるための受容領域と、保持装置に統合的に形成されたシール領域とを有している。したがって保持装置は弁の戻しエレメントを保持するための機能と低圧領域に対して圧力室をシールする機能とを有している。したがって本発明によればピストンポンプの組立は著しく簡易化される。
以下、本発明を有利な実施例に基づき図面に関係づけて詳細に記述する。
図1は本発明の第1実施例による保持装置を有するピストンポンプの概略的な断面図。
図2は図1に示したピストンポンプの拡大された部分断面図。

以下、図面に関連して本発明の有利な実施例によるピストンポンプ1について記述する。
Claims (10)
- 弁(13)の閉鎖部材(10)を戻すために設計されたばねエレメント(11)を保持するための保持装置(4)を有するピストンポンプにおいて、前記保持装置(4)が前記ばねエレメント(11)を受容しかつ支承するための受容領域(5)と、ピストンポンプの圧力室(20)を低圧力領域に対しシールするために、統合的に構成されたシール領域(6)とを有していることを特徴とする、戻しばねのためのコンパクトな保持装置を有するピストンポンプ。
- 前記シール領域がほぼリング形に構成され、半径方向と軸方向とでシール可能に構成されている、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記保持装置(4)が、流体を前記圧力室(20)から前記シール領域(6)の内側へ供給するために少なくとも1つの流過開口(8)を有している、請求項1又は2記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記ピストン(2)の圧力室側の端部が段部の付けられた領域(2a)を有し、前記保持装置(4)が前記段部の付けられた領域(2a)に固定されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記保持装置(4)がピストン(2)の戻しエレメント(21)を固定するための固定装置(7)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記固定装置(7)が環状のトラフ形凹部である、請求項5記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記戻しエレメント(21)の戻し力(FF)が前記保持装置(4)のシール領域(6)に軸方向(X‐X)で作用するように前記固定装置(7)が前記シール領域(6)に配置されている、請求項5又は6記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記保持装置(4)がプラスチック材料、特にサーモプラストから製造されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のピストンポンプ。
- 前記保持装置(4)がPEEK又はPA66から製造されている、請求項8記載のピストンポンプ。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のピストンポンプ(1)を有する、自動車用のブレーキ装置又はスタビライジングシステム。
