Abstract
【解決手段】太陽電池は、線状の第1電極及び第2電極からなり、前記第1電極及び第2電極のいずれか一方が増感色素を担持した多孔質膜状の金属酸化物半導体によって被覆されている。前記第1電極及び第2電極のうち少なくとも一方の電極は複数であり、前記一方の電極の中心線の全てを含む面が他方の電極の全てに交叉するか、又は当該他方の電極を囲んでいることを特徴としている。

Claims (6)
- 線状の第1電極及び第2電極からなり、前記第1電極及び第2電極のいずれか一方が増感色素を担持した多孔質膜状の金属酸化物半導体によって被覆されている太陽電池であって、
前記第1電極及び第2電極のうち少なくとも一方の電極は複数であり、前記一方の電極の中心線の全てを含む面が他方の電極の全てに交叉するか、又は当該他方の電極を囲んでいることを特徴とする太陽電池。 - 前記金属酸化物半導体によって被覆されている電極は、チタン層を介して前記金属酸化物半導体に被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記一方の電極がコイル状であって前記他方の電極の周りを巻回していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記第1電極及び第2電極が共に複数であり、各々が交互に並置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池。
- 少なくとも一方が透明な対向する一対の基板の間に、前記第1電極と第2電極が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記第1電極及び第2電極を囲む透明な非導電性筒状体を有することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の太陽電池。
