Claims (4)
- フロート法によるガラス基板の製造方法であって、
フロートバスに貯溜された溶融錫の上方空間の水素供給量を、フロートバスの流れ方向で複数分割して調整することを特徴とするガラス基板の製造方法。 - フロートバスの最下流に位置するトップローラを境界として、その上流側と下流側との水素供給量を別個に調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス基板の製造方法。
- 前記最下流に位置するトップローラの下流側の水素供給量を、その上流側の水素供給量よりも多くしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガラス基板の製造方法。
- フロートバスに貯溜された溶融錫の上方空間の単位体積当たり且つ1時間当たりの総水素供給量を0.10〜0.30m3(normal)に制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のガラス基板の製造方法。
