Abstract
【解決手段】機械及び電力システムには、システムの共鳴振動に関連する共振速度を含む速度範囲を有するジェネレータが含まれる。駆動継手が、ジェネレータと、ジェネレータを回転させるよう構成され、かつさらに機関からジェネレータにトルクを伝達するよう構成された機関との間に置かれ、駆動継手は、ジェネレータがその共振速度で回転した場合に、第1の要素と第2の要素との間の相対スリップを可能にするよう構成される。機械運転方法は、機関と共にジェネレータを回転させることと、ジェネレータを共振速度で回転させることにより機関及びジェネレータの少なくとも一方の共鳴振動を生成することとを含む。本方法は、機関とジェネレータとの間に置かれた駆動継手内の相対回転スリップを可能にすることにより、ジェネレータと機関との間で共鳴振動を伝達することを抑制することをさらに含む。

Claims (10)
- 機械のための電力システムであって、
前記機械のための電力を生成するよう構成されたジェネレータであって、前記システムの共鳴振動に関連する共振速度を含む速度範囲を有するジェネレータと、
前記ジェネレータを回転させるよう構成された機関と、
前記機関と共に回転するよう固定された第1の要素と、前記ジェネレータと共に回転するよう固定された第2の要素とを有する駆動継手であって、前記第1の及び第2の要素が、前記機関から前記ジェネレータにトルクを伝達するために回転可能に共に結合するよう構成され、前記駆動継手が、前記ジェネレータが前記共振速度で回転した場合に、前記第1の要素と第2の要素との間の相対スリップを可能にするようにさらに構成された駆動継手と
を備えた電力システム。 - 前記機関がトルク出力範囲を有し、前記駆動継手が、前記トルク出力範囲より高いトルクに対応するクラッチ容量を有するクラッチを備えた請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ジェネレータの速度範囲が、前記電力システムの作業範囲と前記作業範囲より低い第2の範囲とを含み、前記共振速度が前記第2の範囲内にある請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記クラッチが、前記第1の要素と第2の要素との間でトルクを伝達するよう構成された摩擦盤と、前記第1の及び第2の要素の一方に対して前記摩擦盤を偏倚させる偏倚装置とをさらに備え、前記偏倚装置が少なくともある程度前記クラッチ容量を定義し、かつ前記摩擦盤が共鳴振動に応じて前記第1の及び第2の要素の一方に対してスリップすることができるように前記偏倚装置が構成され、
前記クラッチが、ピストンとリアクションプレートとを備えた受動クラッチを有し、前記リアクションプレートが、前記機関及び前記ジェネレータの一方に回転可能に結合され、
前記偏倚装置が、バネ力を有しかつ前記バネ力を介して前記ピストンと前記リアクションプレートとの間で前記摩擦盤を挟むよう構成された皿ばねを備えた、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記ジェネレータと前記機関との間に振動ねじり順応性を提供するよう構成されたバネ継手をさらに備えた請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 機械であって、
フレームと、
前記フレームに取り付けられた機関と、
前記機械のための電力を生成するよう構成され、かつ前記機関に結合されたジェネレータであって、前記機関及び前記ジェネレータの少なくとも一方の共鳴振動に関連する共振速度を含む速度範囲を有するジェネレータと、
前記機関と前記ジェネレータとの間でトルクを伝達するよう構成された駆動継手であって、前記ジェネレータが前記共振速度で回転した場合に、前記機関と前記ジェネレータとの間の非振動相対回転を可能にするようにさらに構成された駆動継手と
を備えた機械。 - 前記ジェネレータと、前記機関と、前記駆動継手とを含む、前記機械のための推進システム、および前記機械を推進するよう構成された、前記ジェネレータに結合された電気を動力とする地面係合要素を備え、
前記機関が出力シャフトを含み、前記ジェネレータが、前記出力シャフトと同軸の入力シャフトを含み、前記駆動継手が、クラッチであって前記入力シャフト及び出力シャフトのそれぞれに結合され、かつ前記機関及び前記ジェネレータの少なくとも一方の共鳴振動に応じて前記入力シャフトと出力シャフトとの間の非振動相対回転を可能にするためにスリップするよう構成されたクラッチをさらに備えた請求項6に記載の機械。 - 前記地面係合要素を有する第1のトラックと第2のトラックとを備えた、電気駆動履帯式トラクタを含み、
前記駆動継手が、前記出力シャフトと前記入力シャフトとの間の振動ねじり順応性を可能にするよう構成されたバネ継手と、前記出力シャフトと前記入力シャフトとの間でトルクを伝達するよう構成された摩擦盤とをさらに備え、前記摩擦盤がさらに、前記入力シャフト及び前記出力シャフトのうちの一方と共に回転するように固定され、かつ前記非振動相対回転を可能にするために前記入力シャフト及び前記出力シャフトのうちの他方に対してスリップするよう構成された請求項7に記載の機械。 - 機械システムの機関と共に機械システムのジェネレータを回転させるステップであって、ジェネレータが、機械システムの共鳴振動に関連する共振速度を含む速度範囲を有するステップと、
ジェネレータを共振速度で回転させることにより、機械システムの共鳴振動を生成するステップと、
ジェネレータが共振速度で回転した場合に機関とジェネレータとの間に置かれた駆動継手内の相対回転スリップを可能にすることを含む、ジェネレータと機関との間で共鳴振動を伝達することを抑制するステップと
を含む、機械システムを運転する方法。 - 回転させるステップが、機関出力トルク範囲内のトルクを介してジェネレータを回転させることを含み、方法が、少なくともある程度機関出力トルク範囲に基づく容量を有するクラッチを介して機関出力トルク範囲内のトルクを介してジェネレータが回転した場合に、駆動継手内の相対回転スリップを防止するステップをさらに含み、
相対回転スリップを可能にするステップが、クラッチを介して相対回転スリップを可能にするステップをさらに含み、
共鳴振動を生成するステップが、ジェネレータ速度範囲の下半分内でありかつ機関アイドル速度未満の機関回転速度に対応するジェネレータ速度で共鳴振動を生成することをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
