Abstract

他の有利な1展開において耐食および/または耐熱材料からなる有色、特に単色または多色保護キャップが設けられている。保護キャップによって、飛沫水および粉塵からの破裂膜の所要の保護が達成される。保護キャップは、本発明の基本的考えから逸脱することなく多くの変更態様に実施することができる。
Claims (11)
- 内部圧力を付加された部材および/または容器用、特に自動車の移動R744冷凍サイクル内で利用するための破裂板組立体(B)であって、ハウジング(1)と流体密に結合された破裂膜(5)を受容するための、鍔部(3)によって包囲された密封座(4)を備えたハウジング(1)と、ハウジング(1)の密封座(4)上で破裂膜(5)を固定するための保持部材(6)とを含むものにおいて、保持部材(6)が鍔部(3)の塑性変形によって破裂膜(5)上に押付けられていることを特徴とする破裂板組立体。
- 破裂膜(5)の材料がニッケルまたはニッケル合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の破裂板組立体。
- 破裂膜(5)の材料が、硬化のため冷間圧延によって前処理されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の破裂板組立体。
- 前処理の変形度が0〜−0.4の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の破裂板組立体。
- 耐食および/または耐熱材料からなる有色保護キャップ(S)が設けられていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の破裂板組立体。
- 保護キャップ(S)がハウジング(1)に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の破裂板組立体。
- 保護キャップ(S)が、片側を底(8)で閉鎖されて雄ねじ(10)を備えた実質中空円筒状の本体(9)を有し、底(8)が、周設溝(11)として実施される目標破断部(BS)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載の破裂板組立体。
- 保護キャップ(S)が底(8)に、特に周設溝(11)の領域に、局所的に限定された補強部(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5、6または7記載の破裂板組立体。
- 保護キャップ(S)が、ねじ穴(G)にねじ込みかつそこから取り出すための手段(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の破裂板組立体。
- ねじ込みかつ取り出すための手段(12)が、中空円筒形本体(9)の内部に配置される六角穴であることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の破裂板組立体。
- ねじ込みかつ取り出すための手段(12)が、中空円筒形本体(9)の外側に配置される外部六角面であることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の破裂板組立体。
