Description
Claims (13)
- 可変の流体圧力が作用するときに流体の一定流れを維持するための一定流れ調整器機構であって、
入ってくる流体用の入口管と、
ハウジングと、
上記入口管に面する可動な仕切りであって、使用では上記入口管と当該仕切りとの間に可変断面積の流体通路を形成するように弾性力を受けている仕切りと、
を備え、
上記ハウジング及び仕切りは、上記入口管と流体が連通して上記入口管における流体圧力にほぼ等しい流体圧力が内側に確立される内部コンパートメントを形成し、
使用では上記入口管における流体圧力が増加したとき上記流体通路の断面積を減じるため上記仕切りが弾性力に逆らって上記入口管の方へ移動し、又、その逆にも動作し、それにより一定の流体流れを維持するように、上記仕切りのサイズは、上記入口管のサイズよりも著しく大きい、
一定流れ調整器機構。 - 使用では、可変の流体圧力の変化に応答して上記流体通路の断面積が最適に変化し、それにより入口圧力に弾性力を加えた力と、上記内部コンパートメント内の流体圧力からの反対方向における力との間のバランスが達成されるように、上記仕切りに作用する上記弾性力の特性が選択される、請求項1記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 可動な上記仕切りが過剰な流体圧力により上記入口管又は開口に接触して移動し上記流体通路を完全に閉じるのを防止し、及び上記弾性力の特性に任意に影響を与えるために、可動な上記仕切りに面する入口管又は開口のまわりの端面に、複数の突出したノブ又はリブが配置される、請求項1又は2記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 上記可動な仕切りは、上記弾性力を内在する弾性のあるダイアフラムとして少なくとも部分的に作製される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 上記内部コンパートメントと上記入口管との間の流体の連通は、上記可動の仕切りにおいて上記入口管の近くに位置する開口により得られる、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 上記内部コンパートメントと上記入口管との間の流体の連通は、独立した流体接続導管により得られる、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 上記入口管は、上記可動の仕切りに近い相対的に狭い部分と、上記入口管からさらに離れた広い部分とで形成され、上記独立の流体接続導管は、上記広い部分で上記入口管に接続される、請求項6記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 上記可動の仕切りは、硬質の材料で作製され、上記弾性力は、上記可動の仕切りに作用する弾性ベローズにより得られる、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 上記弾性ベローズは、上記可動の仕切りと、上記ハウジング又は上記入口管に取り付けられる固定された支持板との間に配置される、請求項8記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 流体を排出するため、内部コンパートメントの外側で上記ハウジングに配置される少なくとも一つの出口開口をさらに備えた、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 上記少なくとも一つの出口開口の断面積は、上記流体通路の断面積よりも非常に大きい、請求項10記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 上記ハウジングは、少なくとも、第1壁と、第1壁に対向する第2壁とを備え、上記入口管は、上記第1壁に配置される、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の一定流れ調整器機構。
- 可変の流体圧力が作用するときに流体の一定流れを維持する方法であって、
ハウジング及び可動の仕切りは、入ってくる流体用の入口管と流体が連通する内部コンパートメントを形成し、流体圧力は、内部コンパートメントの内側に、入口管における流体圧力にほぼ等しく確立され、
上記可動の仕切りは、入口管に面し、かつ可変の断面積の流体通路が入口管と可動の仕切りとの間に形成されるように弾性力を受けており、可動の仕切りのサイズは、入口管のサイズよりも著しく大きく、
上記仕切りは、入口管における流体圧力が増加したとき上記流体通路の断面積を減じるため弾性力に逆らって上記入口管の方へ移動し、又、その逆にも動作し、それにより一定の流体流れを維持する、
