Abstract
Description
より軽量、且つより高速度の移動とエネルギーの消費節約を可能にし、更には耐久力に優れた構造のデザイン及び製造が要求される造船及び船舶エンジニアリングにあって、新しい資材の提供の必要が生じている。現況の幾つかの例として、高速フェリー、高速コンテナー船、二重船体のオイルタンカーなどが挙げられる。
造船のためのメタルファイバーハイブリッド圧延加工材は、鋼板とグラスファイバーで補強された重合原型で形成された合成材の圧延加工によって構成される。容量、厚み、そしてそれぞれの鋼板及び圧延加工板の設定位置は、船舶の各部分毎に適切な耐久力と硬度に合わせて計算される。圧延加工板の組成は、船舶各部の構造の必要に応じた資材のデザインに適合させるべく、多彩であり得る。しかしながら、資材のデザインにおいては一連の前提条件を固守する必要がある。
本発明は造船及び船舶エンジニアリングの分野に利用することが出来る。特に船舶造船の構造構築技術への適用に向いている。
課題に対して、本発明の記述内容をより明確にさせるべく、造船のためのメタルファイバーハイブリッド圧延加工板の組み立て及びその製造工程に合理的な典型例の図を幾つか添付する。
Claims (10)
- 鋼板が圧延加工板の外部最表面の層に位置し、合成材がその内部層に施され、弾性タイプの接着剤層が、鋼鉄の外部層と鋼鉄の上に圧延加工された合成材の第一層との間に施され、グラスファイバーによって補強されたポリエステルまたはビニルエステル樹脂原型の合成材と鋼鉄が交互に圧延加工されたパネルによって形成される、船舶造船に適用のメタルファイバーハイブリッド圧延加工資材。
- 合成材の間に鋼鉄の中間層が加えられることで特徴付けられる請求項1に記載のメタルファイバーハイブリッド圧延加工資材。
- 合成材で使われたグラスファイバーによる補強が織り目状もしくは単一方向またはこれら双方混合の形で使用されることによって特徴付けられる請求項1または2に記載のメタルファイバーハイブリッド圧延加工資材。
- 使用される理想的な接着剤が重構成ポリウレタンであることで特徴付けられる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のメタルファイバーハイブリッド圧延加工資材。
- 前述の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の資材の製造プロセスであって、次のステップ:
a)接着剤適用のために、最初の鋼板の内側表面に下塗り剤を一層施し、市販の化学製品を使って鋼鉄表面の準備処理をするステップ;
b)最初の鋼板内側表面に弾性タイプの接着剤を一層施し、その次に合成材の間に中間鋼板を導入し、輪郭を階段の形に形成していくために各層を移動しながら、重合樹脂の合成材とグラスファイバーの補強材を圧延するステップ;
c)下塗り剤と接着剤をその内部表面に施した最後の鋼板を、層をコンパクトにするために圧力を加えながら設置して、圧延を寝かすステップ;
d)階段状の周囲に弾性タイプの接着剤を施し、階段を互いに組み合わせながらパネルを隣接する他のパネルと組み立てるステップ;
e)上下の鋼板の外部接合部分のコーティングを行うステップ;
から成るプロセス。 - 鋼板を切断して、合成材の圧延が実施されるパネルに関する型として使用されるために、各パネルに必要な曲面あるいは平面を与える成形を行うことに特徴付けられる請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- メタルファイバーハイブリッド材のパネルの四方端の各一端を2〜20cmの階段(後に他のパネルの重なり部分とこの階段部分が結合され組み立てられる)を形成するために各鋼板が下にある合成材に対して水平及び垂直の方向に移動されることで特徴付けられる請求項5または6に記載のプロセス。
- 望ましい実施として、パネルの組み立てに単一合成ポリウレタンの接着剤が使われることで特徴付けられる請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- メタルファイバーハイブリッドパネル材のパネルの外部結合の縦横のライン方向のコーティングのために、重合コーティングコードあるいは資材補給の有無を抜きにした溶接コードの適用がなされることで特徴付けられる請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 造船船舶の構造構築技術のために利用の、上述の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の圧延資材及びそのプロセス。
