Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 位置検出を容易にするシステムであって、
ユーザデバイスの付近にある少なくとも1つの基地局を検出し、基地局情報をWebサービスに伝達する外部環境コンポーネントと、
基地局位置のデータベースを備え、少なくとも一部は前記基地局情報に基づいて前記ユーザデバイスの位置を判定し、前記ユーザデバイス位置を前記Webサービスを通じて前記ユーザデバイスに伝達する分析コンポーネントとを備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記分析コンポーネントは、前記ユーザデバイス位置情報の不確定性を判定して前記不確定性を前記ユーザデバイスに伝達する不確定性コンポーネントを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザデバイスの前記不確定性は、確率関数の総和であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザデバイスの前記不確定性は、実験データに基づくことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記外部分析コンポーネントから受信された前記基地局情報が前記データベースに含まれていない場合に、基地局位置の前記データベースを少なくとも1つの新しい基地局位置で自動的に更新する学習コンポーネントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記Webサービスが利用不可能になる場合、基地局位置の前記データベースの部分集合が前記ユーザデバイスに伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザデバイスから受信された基地局情報を追跡し、誤ったデータが受信された場合に前記ユーザデバイスにフラグを立てる誤りデータコンポーネントをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの基地局は、前記ユーザデバイスが特徴付けすることができる信号を発信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの基地局は、Wi−Fi、AM、FM、TV、電磁波、音波信号のうちの1つを発信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- モバイルデバイスの位置を決定する方法であって、
モバイルデバイスから基地局識別および受信特性を受信するステップと、
前記基地局識別と基地局位置のデータベースとを比較するステップと、
前記比較された基地局位置および前記受信された受信特性に少なくとも一部は基づいて前記モバイルデバイスの位置を計算するステップと、
前記計算された位置を前記ユーザデバイスに伝達するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 基地局位置の前記データベースの部分集合を前記モバイルデバイス上にロードするステップと、
前記モバイルデバイスが、基地局位置の前記データベースの前記部分集合および前記受信特性に少なくとも一部は基づいて位置を計算できるようにするステップとを含むことをさらに特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記計算された位置の不確定性を決定するステップと、
前記決定された不確定性に少なくとも一部は基づいて、前記計算された位置の精度レベルを前記モバイルデバイスに供給するステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記計算された位置の不確定性を決定するステップは、確率関数の総和に基づくことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記計算された位置の不確定性を決定するステップは、実験データに基づくことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 基地局の前記データベースを、前記受信された基地局識別情報で更新するステップと、
前記更新された基地局識別情報の前記精度を決定するステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 不正確な基地局識別情報を識別するステップと、
前記正確な基地局識別情報をモバイルデバイスに関連付けるステップと、
前記モバイルデバイスからの将来の基地局識別情報を禁じるステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記モバイルデバイスとWebサービスとの間の通信は、http/httpsハンドラを介して行われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- モバイルデバイスの位置を決定するシステムであって、
基地局から基地局識別情報を受信する手段と、
前記基地局の位置を決定する手段と、
前記基地局の前記決定された位置に少なくとも一部は基づいてモバイルデバイスの位置を計算する手段とを備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記計算されたモバイルデバイス位置の誤差率を計算する手段と、
前記誤差率を前記モバイルデバイスに伝達する手段とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。 - 基地局位置のデータベースを更新する手段と、
前記更新された基地局位置の精度を決定する手段と、
前記精度が許容レベルを下回る場合に前記更新された基地局位置の送信を禁止する手段とを備えることをさらに特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
