Abstract
【解決手段】 コア層と化粧コート紙を含む不燃化粧板であって、コア層が、無機繊維不織布基材に有機成分と無機充填剤とからなるスラリーが含浸されたプリプレグから構成されるとともに、該化粧コート紙と該コア層との間に、坪量が10〜100g/m2の基材に、数1で示される算出方法で50〜300%の有機成分を含浸せしめた樹脂含浸アンダーレイ紙を介在させる。プリプレグ中の有機成分の含有率は数2で示される算出方法で、3〜20%とする。

Description
コア層
坪量が50g/m2のガラス繊維不織布に、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂5部に対して、水酸化アルミニウムを95部配合したスラリーを、数3に示すスラリー固形分定着率が1600%となるように含浸してプリプレグ(A2)を得た。
坪量が13g/m2の薄紙に、メラミン樹脂含有率が数1の算出方法で250%となるように含浸され、乾燥された樹脂含浸アンダーレイ紙(B2)を得た。
坪量が23g/m2で酸化チタンを含有し木目柄が印刷され、印刷面に、5μmのアクリルウレタンハードコート層が設けられた化粧コート紙を用いた。
坪量が40g/m2のクラフト紙にメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を数1で示す含有率が120%となるように含浸してメラミン樹脂含浸バランス紙(A4)を得た。
下から順に、メラミン樹脂含浸バランス紙(A4)を1枚、プリプレグ(A2)を4枚、樹脂含浸アンダーレイ紙(A1)を1枚、化粧コート紙を1枚、積層して、フラット仕上げプレートを用いて130℃,100kg/cm2、90分間の条件で熱圧成形して本発明の不燃化粧板を得た。
実施例1において、樹脂含浸アンダーレイ紙を用いなかった以外は同様に実施して、比較例1の積層板を得た。
実施例1において、樹脂含浸アンダーレイ紙のメラミン樹脂含有率を42%とした以外は同様に実施して、比較例2の積層板を得た。
評価結果を表1に示す。
不燃性:JIS A 1321「建築物の内装材料及び工法の難燃性試験方法に基づき評価した。
密着性:木工用の回転鋸刃にてカットし、切り口断面を評価した。
