Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の装置は、複数電極(3)を備え、分極方向(f1)を有するピエゾ電気タイプの超音波トランスジューサ(2)と、前記超音波トランスジューサ(2)の前記電極(3)に電圧を印加する手段(4)と備え、
前記分極方向(f1)と逆方向(f2)に電界を加え、次に、前記分極方向(f1)と同一方向に過渡的電界を加え、カップリング媒体に圧縮超音波を発出させる。

Description
・複数電極を備えた、所与の方向に分極を有する、ピエゾ電気タイプのトランスジューサを有する超音波源と、
・前記超音波トランスジューサの電極に電圧を印加する手段とを有し、該手段は、超音波を放射するために、以下を行う。
・超音波トランスジューサを圧縮するために、分極方向と逆方向に電界を印加すること。
・次に、分極方向と同一の方向の過渡的電界をかけ、圧縮超音波をカップリング媒体において放射すること。
Claims (8)
- カップリング媒体における高圧力超音波生成装置であって
・複数電極(3)を備え、所定方向(f1)の分極を示すピエゾ電気タイプの超音波トラ ンスジューサ(2)を有する超音波源と、
・ ・前記超音波トランスジューサ(2)を圧縮するために前記分極方向(f1)と逆方 向(f2)に電界を加え、
・次に、前記分極方向(f1)と同一方向(f3)に立上り時間を持つ過渡的電界を加え、カップリング媒体に圧縮超音波を発出させるように、
超音波を発生させるために前記超音波トランスジューサ(2)の前記電極(3)に電圧を印加する手段(4)とを有し、
前記進行的電圧は、前記ピエゾタイプトランスジューサを脱分極するのに必要な時間より短い時間、逆方向(f2)の電界を生成するように、立上り時間(t2m)を有し、該立上り時間(t2m)は過渡的電界の立上り時間(t3m)より少なくとも10倍長いことを特徴とする高圧力超音波パルス生成装置。 - 前記分極方向(f1)と逆方向(f2)に電界を加えるために電圧を印加する時間(T)が、10μsより長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧力超音波パルス生成装置。
- 電圧(V3)を印加するための前記手段(4)は、約1ミリ秒(ms)乃至1秒(s)の範囲を持つ印加時間(t3)で、前記分極方向(f1)と同一方向(f3)に過渡的電界を加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧力超音波パルス生成装置。
- 電圧(V3)を印加するための前記手段(4)は、約0.1μs乃至20μsの範囲の立上り時間(t3m)で、前記分極方向(f1)と同一方向(f3)に過渡的電界を加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧力超音波パルス生成装置。
- 前記分極方向(f1)と逆方向(f2)の進行的電界を加える電圧は、前記過渡的電界の立上り時間(t3m)より長い立上り時間(t2m)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧力超音波パルス生成装置。
- 必要に応じて超音波トランスジューサを再分極化可能にするために、過渡的電界を加える時間(t3)は、前記分極方向(f1)と逆方向(f2)に加える時間(T)より長い又は等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧力超音波パルス生成装置。
- 前記分極方向(f1)と逆方向(f2)に電界を加えるために電圧を印加する時間(T)が、約100ミリ秒(ms)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高圧力超音波パルス生成装置。
- 進行的電圧を印加するための前記手段は、約100ミリ秒(ms)の印加時間(t3)、前記分極方向(f1)と同一方向(f3)の過渡的電界を加えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高圧力超音波パルス生成装置。
