Abstract

Claims (6)
- ハウジングと
前記ハウジング内に配置されるダイアフラムと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、弁座、弁体および弁棒を有する弁と、
前記弁棒に結合される第一の端部および前記ダイアフラムに結合される第二の端部を有するレバーとを備えており、
前記弁棒が、前記弁座の方向に向かう前記弁体の移動を制限するように構成されるストッパを備えており、
前記第一の端部が、前記弁棒の長手方向の軸に対して非平行な方向にこの弁棒を移動させる力成分をこの弁棒に加えるために、前記弁棒に結合されてなる、流体レギュレータ。 - 前記ストッパが前記弁棒と一体化されるように構成される、請求項1記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記弁棒に結合される第一の端部および前記ダイアフラムに結合される第二の端部を有するレバーを備えており、該レバーの前記第一の端部が、前記弁棒の長手方向の軸に対して非平行である方向の力を前記弁棒に加えるために、前記弁棒と結合されてなる、請求項1記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記レバーが、前記弁棒の長手方向の軸に対して実質的に平行である力を前記弁棒に加えるように構成される、請求項3記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記レバーの前記第一の端部が、前記弁棒と一体化された凸部を介して、前記弁棒に係合されるように構成される、請求項4記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 流体レギュレータであって、
ハウジングと、
内側部を画定する第一の半径および該第一の半径よりも大きくかつ前記流体レギュレータの装着用エンベロープを画定する第二の半径を有するフランジと、
弁座、弁体および該弁体に結合される弁棒を有する弁と、
前記弁体のシール面を前記弁座と実質的に同一面上に維持するように前記弁棒を保持する弁ガイドと、
前記弁棒に結合される第一の端部と、前記流体レギュレータ内に配置されるダイアフラムに結合される第二の端部を有するレバーとを備えており、
前記フランジが複数の凸部を有し、該複数の凸部のうちの第一の凸部および第二の凸部が第一の円周方向間隔だけ離隔されるとともに該複数の凸部のうちの第二の凸部および第三の凸部が前記第一の円周方向間隔よりも大きい第二の円周方向間隔だけ離隔されるように該複数の凸部が円周方向に離隔され、
4つの数を超える開口部が前記フランジにより提供されるように、前記複数の凸部の各々が、締結部材を受け入れるように構成される少なくとも一つの開口部を備えており、
前記弁棒が、前記弁座の方向に向かう前記弁体の移動を制限するように構成されるストッパを備えており、
前記レバーが、前記弁棒の長手方向の軸に対して実質的に直角な方向に前記弁棒に対して力を負荷するように、前記弁棒に結合されてなる、流体レギュレータ。
