Abstract
【解決手段】耐蝕性合金材からなる配管パイプ1の一端が耐蝕性合金材からなる配管ブロック2に形成されたパイプ差込孔4に嵌挿されて、その嵌合部の外縁の全周において配管パイプ1と配管ブロック2とがレーザビーム照射により溶着されて接続固定された構成を有する内視鏡の配管接続部において、配管ブロック2のパイプ差込孔4に対する配管パイプ1の嵌合長が、配管パイプ1の肉厚の0.5〜2倍の範囲に形成されている。

Description
図3は、内視鏡の吸引管路等を構成する配管接続部を示しており、流体を通すための配管パイプ1の一端が、例えば蓋状に形成された配管ブロック2に接続固定されている。配管パイプ1と配管ブロック2は各々、ステンレス鋼(例えばSUS304等)等のような耐蝕性合金材により形成されている。

Claims (7)
- 耐蝕性合金材からなる配管パイプの一端が耐蝕性合金材からなる配管ブロックに形成されたパイプ差込孔に嵌挿されて、その嵌合部の外縁の全周において上記配管パイプと上記配管ブロックとがレーザビーム照射により溶着されて接続固定された構成を有する内視鏡の配管接続部において、
上記配管ブロックのパイプ差込孔に対する上記配管パイプの嵌合長が、上記配管パイプの肉厚の0.5〜2倍の範囲に形成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡の配管接続部。 - 上記配管ブロックのパイプ差込孔に対する上記配管パイプの嵌合長が、上記配管パイプの肉厚と略同寸法に形成されている請求項1記載の内視鏡の配管接続部。
- 上記パイプ差込孔が、上記配管パイプの先端面が当接する段部を有する座繰り孔状に形成されている請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡の配管接続部。
- 耐蝕性合金材からなる配管パイプの一端が耐蝕性合金材からなる配管ブロックに形成されたパイプ差込孔に嵌挿されて、その嵌合部の外縁の全周において上記配管パイプと上記配管ブロックとがレーザビーム照射により溶着されて接続固定された内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法において、
上記配管ブロックのパイプ差込孔に対する上記配管パイプの嵌合長が、上記配管パイプの肉厚の0.5〜2倍の範囲に形成され、
上記配管パイプと上記パイプ差込孔との嵌合部の外縁に向けて上記配管パイプの軸線に対し5〜60°の角度で全周にわたり外方からレーザビームが照射され、それによって上記配管パイプと上記配管ブロックとが溶着されることを特徴とする内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法。 - 上記配管ブロックのパイプ差込孔に対する上記配管パイプの嵌合長が、上記配管パイプの肉厚と略同寸法に形成されている請求項4記載の内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法。
- 上記レーザビーム照射が行われる際に、上記レーザービームにより溶解されない材料からなるロッド状部材が、上記配管パイプ内と上記配管ブロック内とにまたがって嵌め込まれている請求項4又は5記載の内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法。
- 上記レーザビームがYAGレーザであって、上記ロッド状部材が銅製である請求項6記載の内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法。
