Abstract

Claims (9)
- 環状の外周部材と内周部材との間を径方向に連結するスポークを周方向に間隔をあけて間欠的に配列したスポーク構造体をトレッドリングの内周側に接合した非空気式タイヤにおいて、
前記タイヤ周方向に隣接するスポーク間に形成された複数の空間のうちの少なくとも一部を空気が封じ込められた構成にした非空気式タイヤ。 - 前記タイヤ周方向に隣接するスポーク間に形成された複数の空間を径方向に複数に区分された構成にすると共に、その径方向外側に区分された空間を空気が封じ込められた構成にした請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記空間のタイヤ幅方向の両端に封止壁を形成して、前記空気が封じ込められた構成にした請求項1又は2に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記空間に空気を封入した弾性袋体を圧入して、前記空気が封じ込められた構成にした請求項1又は2に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記弾性袋体のタイヤ幅方向の両端に封止壁を形成した請求項4に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記空気が封じ込められた空間の空気圧を大気圧より高くした請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記空気が封じ込められた空間の空気圧をゲージ圧で10〜300kPaにした請求項6に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記スポーク構造体の空間がタイヤ幅方向に複数の帯域に区分されると共に、隣接する帯域間で前記空間の位置を周方向に互いにずらせた請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記スポーク構造体の空間がタイヤ幅方向に3以上の帯域に区分されると共に、少なくとも幅方向の中央の帯域を空気が封じ込められた構成にした請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の非空気式タイヤ。
