Abstract
【解決手段】変動荷重が繰り返し作用している状況下にある補修補強個所での開口変位量の変化が0.5mm以下の状態で、該補修補強個所を片面から溶接部での割れの発生に拘わらず溶接し、この溶接後にその溶接した補修補強個所を裏面からのハツリ操作で割れを除去し、この割れ除去を確認したのちハツリ個所を完全溶け込み溶接するようにした。

Description
本発明に係る補修方法では、まず、変動荷重が繰り返し作用している鋼構造物での補修個所である欠陥発生部をエアガウジングやグラインダーによる研削等でハツリとることにより欠陥が生じている溶接金属部分を取り除き、新たに溶接用開先(1)を形成する。
この場合の溶接条件は、表1に示す通りであった。
その結果を表2に示す。

- 鋼構造物の一部を変動荷重が繰り返し作用している状況下で溶接により補修補強する方法であって、
変動荷重が繰り返し作用している状況下にある補修補強個所に開先を形成し、この補修個所での開口変位量の変化が0.5mm以下の状態で、該補修補強個所を片面から溶接部での割れの発生に拘わらず開先部分を溶接し、この溶接後にその溶接した補修補強個所を裏面からのハツリ操作で割れを除去し、この割れ除去を確認後ハツリ個所を完全溶け込み溶接するようにした供用下における鋼構造物の溶接による補修補強方法。
