Abstract
【解決手段】
斜板3の基板3aが、圧延された鋼板を円盤状にプレス加工した円盤状鋼板からなり、この円盤状鋼板の両表面を研磨加工することにより、表面に溶射層を形成しなくても、耐焼付き性の優れたフッ素樹脂を含有する樹脂被覆層10の密着性を十分に確保して、炭酸ガスを冷媒に用いる斜板式コンプレッサにも耐用可能なものとした。

また、耐摩耗性を向上させた塗膜強度の高い斜板では、なじみ性が悪くなり摺動抵抗が多くなり塗膜剥離が発生するため、流体潤滑、境界潤滑、ドライ潤滑での摩擦特性を高くする目的で、固体潤滑コーティング膜の摺動表面に、複数の同心状の周方向の溝と該溝間に山部を形成することも提案されている(特許文献4)。
前記研磨加工は、円盤状鋼板の軸中心を保持したまま回転させ、摺動面となる上面、下面を同時に砥石にて研磨するドライブ式両頭研磨法を採用することができる。
前記研磨加工された円盤状鋼板の両表面は、平面度8μm以下、平行度10μm以下であることが望ましい。
この発明において、平面度および平行度とは、JIS B 0182で定義されるものである。
前記円盤状鋼板の素材としては、SAPH440Cを使用することができる。
低摩擦樹脂塗料は、塗膜に対してフッ素樹脂が40〜50重量%配合されている。該フッ素樹脂は、低摩擦で非粘着性を被覆層に付与でき、かつ摺動部材の使用温度雰囲気に耐える耐熱性を有するものであれば使用することができる。
また、斜板の基板表面の平面精度が良好であるから、低摩擦樹脂被覆層の均膜性が確保され、潤滑油による安定した境界潤滑状態を実現し、潤滑油が枯渇した際にも、境界潤滑状態で摩擦摩耗特性を安定化させることができる。
前記斜板3の基材3aは、圧延された鋼板を円盤状にプレス加工した円盤状鋼板からなり、この円盤状鋼板の両表面を研磨加工して前記シューが摺動する摺動面にしている。この摺動面には、フッ素樹脂が40〜50重量%配合された低摩擦樹脂被覆層10を形成している。
前記斜板3の基板3aを次のようにして製作した。SAPH440C鋼板をプレス加工によって円盤状に成形した後、旋盤にて厚み6.5mm×φ90mmの粗加工を行った。その後、両頭研磨機(砥石:#80)で厚み6.36mmとなるように両面を研磨した。この際の精度測定値を表1に示す。
(a)PTFE:平均粒径10μmのPTFE 40重量%
(b)PAI:ガラス転移温度245℃品 55重量%
(c)黒鉛粉末:平均粒径10μmの人造品 5重量%
S45C鋼材を旋盤加工によって円盤状(t=6.5mm×φ90mm)に切削した後、平面研磨機(砥石:#80)にて厚み6.36mmとなるように両面を研磨した。この際の精度測定値を表1に示す。
次に該試験片について、配合Aをスプレーコート法でそれぞれの両面に焼成後30μmとなるように塗布した。焼成後に平面研磨機(砥石:樹脂用#400)にて研磨して最終仕上げ加工(厚み6.40mm)を行った。この際の精度測定値を表1に併記した。
・摺動面圧:10MPa
・摺動速度:210m/分
・潤滑条件:PAG系冷凍機油で摺動面を濡らした状態
・試験時間:5分間
上記摩擦摩耗試験の結果を表2に示す。
金属基板および低摩擦樹脂塗料を高精度に加工できるため、摩耗の偏りが生じず冷凍機油が枯渇した際にも金属基材が露出することがない。

Claims (12)
- 冷媒が存在するハウジング内で、回転軸に直接固定するように、または連結部材を介して間接的に、直角および斜めに取り付けた斜板にシューを摺動させ、このシューを介して前記斜板の回転運動をピストンの往復運動に変換して、冷媒を圧縮、膨張させる斜板式コンプレッサの斜板において、前記斜板の基板が、圧延された鋼板を円盤状にプレス加工した円盤状鋼板からなり、この円盤状鋼板の両表面を研磨加工して前記シューが摺動する摺動面とし、この摺動面に、フッ素樹脂が40〜50重量%配合された低摩擦樹脂被覆層を形成したことを特徴とする斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 前記円盤状鋼板の両表面が、両頭研磨機によって研磨加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 前記研磨加工は、円盤状鋼板の軸中心を保持したまま回転させ、摺動面となる上面、下面を同時に砥石にて研磨するドライブ式両頭研磨法であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 研磨加工された円盤状鋼板の両表面は、平面度8μm以下、平行度10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 前記低摩擦樹脂被覆層の下地にショットブラスト処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 前記円盤状鋼板の素材がSAPH440Cであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 前記低摩擦樹脂被覆層を形成する塗膜は、塗膜に対してフッ素樹脂40〜50重量%およびマトリックス樹脂45〜55重量%に、黒鉛1〜10重量%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 前記低摩擦樹脂被覆層を形成する塗膜は、塗膜に対してフッ素樹脂40〜50重量%および黒鉛1〜10重量%、残部がマトリックス樹脂および不純物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 前記フッ素樹脂がポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂であり、前記マトリックス樹脂がポリアミドイミド樹脂であり、前記黒鉛が固定炭素97.5%以上の黒鉛であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 前記黒鉛が固定炭素98.5%以上の人造黒鉛であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の斜板式コンプレッサの斜板。
- 請求項1〜請求項10のいずれかに記載の斜板を備えた斜板式コンプレッサ。
- 斜板と摺動するシューの表面に潤滑膜を形成していないことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の斜板式コンプレッサ。
