Abstract
【解決手段】手持式内視鏡は、長軸方向に延び、先端部及び基端部を有する挿入部34と、挿入部34の基端部に接続され、長軸方向に延びている操作部38と、を具備し、挿入部34は、湾曲作動される湾曲部36を有し、操作部38は、長軸方向に延び、操作者に把持される軸方向把持部40と、軸方向把持部40よりも基端側に設けられ、湾曲部36を湾曲作動させるための湾曲操作部46と、湾曲操作部46よりも基端側に設けられ、操作者に把持される幅方向把持部53であって、長軸方向に直交する幅方向について、幅方向把持部53の幅方向長さ内に湾曲操作部46の少なくとも一部分が配置される、幅方向把持部53と、を有し、幅方向把持部53は、湾曲操作部46よりも幅方向の一方側に突出している把持部分53を有する。

Claims (7)
- 長軸方向に延び、先端部及び基端部を有する挿入部と、
前記挿入部の基端部に共軸に接続され、前記長軸方向に延びている操作部と、
を具備し、
前記挿入部は、湾曲作動される湾曲部を有し、
前記操作部は、前記長軸方向に延び、操作者に把持される軸方向把持部と、前記軸方向把持部よりも基端側に設けられ、前記湾曲部を湾曲作動させるための湾曲操作部と、前記湾曲操作部よりも基端側に設けられ、操作者に把持される幅方向把持部であって、前記長軸方向に直交する幅方向について、前記幅方向把持部の前記幅方向の長さ内に前記湾曲操作部の少なくとも一部分が配置される、幅方向把持部と、を有し、
前記幅方向把持部は、前記湾曲操作部よりも前記幅方向の一方側に突出している把持部分を有する、
ことを特徴とする手持式内視鏡。 - 前記湾曲操作部は、前記幅方向に沿って設けられている回動軸を中心として回動可能な回動部材を有し、
前記回動部材は、操作者の指が掛けられ前記長軸方向に沿って回動される操作用指掛部を有し、
前記操作用指掛部の少なくとも一部分は、前記幅方向について、前記幅方向把持部の前記幅方向の長さ内に配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手持式内視鏡。 - 前記幅方向把持部を前記長軸を中心として前記湾曲操作部に対して回動するための回動機構をさらに具備する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手持式内視鏡。 - 長軸方向に延び、先端部及び基端部を有する挿入部と、
前記挿入部の基端部に共軸に接続され、前記長軸方向に延びている操作部と、
を具備し、
前記操作部は、前記挿入部の基端部に接続されている操作部本体と、前記操作部本体に設けられ、前記長軸方向に延び、操作者に把持される軸方向把持部と、前記軸方向把持部よりも基端側に設けられ、操作者に把持される幅方向把持部と、を有し、
前記幅方向把持部は、前記長軸方向に直交する幅方向について、前記操作部本体よりも前記幅方向の一方側に突出している一方側把持部分と、前記操作部本体よりも前記幅方向の他方側に突出している他方側把持部分と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする手持式内視鏡。 - 前記一方側把持部分と前記他方側把持部分との少なくとも一方の把持部分は、当該把持部分における前記長軸方向の先端側部分に形成され操作者の指が掛けられる把持用指掛部を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の手持式内視鏡。 - 前記幅方向把持部は、滑らかな曲面形状を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の手持式内視鏡。 - 前記幅方向把持部を前記長軸を中心として前記操作部本体に対して回動するための回動機構をさらに具備する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の手持式内視鏡。
