Abstract
【解決手段】第1ケース21に、この第1ケース21と別に形成した第2ケース22を固定することで内部を閉塞するケース20と、一端をケース20の外部に突出させる状態で第2ケース22にスライド移動可能に保持される駆動軸30と、第1ケース21に収納され、駆動軸30の動作量に応じて信号を外部出力する検出センサ部40とを備える電気部品において、第1ケース21に第1ケース21に対する第2ケース22の固定部22bの外形に応じた収容部21eを設け、収容部21eで第2ケース22の固定部22bを収容した後、収容部21eの側壁部21fを熱変形させて第2ケース22を第1ケース21に固定する。

Claims (3)
- 第1ケースに、この第1ケースと別に形成した第2ケースを固定することで内部を閉塞するケースと、一端を前記ケースの外部に突出させる状態で前記第2ケースにスライド移動可能に保持される駆動軸と、前記第1ケースに収納され、前記駆動軸の動作量に応じて信号を外部出力する検出手段とを備え、前記第1ケースに前記第1ケースに対する前記第2ケースの固定部の外形に応じた収容部を設け、当該収容部で前記第2ケースの固定部を収容した後、当該収容部の側壁部を熱変形させて前記第2ケースを前記第1ケースに固定することを特徴とする電気部品。
- 前記第1ケースに、前記第2ケースの固定部に設けられた凸部又は凹部と係合して当該第2ケースを位置決めする位置決め部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気部品。
- 前記駆動軸は、一定範囲の外周部分の寸法精度を他部分よりも上げて設けられ、前記第2ケースは、前記一定範囲の外周部分で前記駆動軸を保持することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気部品。
