Abstract
【解決手段】ブラケット11の軸部12の外径熱膨張量を玉軸受1の内輪2の内径熱膨張量よりも大きくし、内輪2を軸部12に締め代を付与して圧入することにより、寒冷時に内輪2の締め代が小さくなるようにして、圧入による玉軸受1のラジアル隙間の減少を抑制し、部品点数が少なく、かつ、組み立てに手間もかからないようにして、冷時異音の発生を防止できるようにした。

Claims (5)
- プーリ付き玉軸受の内輪をブラケットの軸部に外嵌し、この軸部に外嵌した内輪の奥側端面を前記軸部の基部の段面に押し当てて固定するプーリの固定構造において、前記軸部の外径熱膨張量を前記内輪の内径熱膨張量よりも大きくし、前記内輪を軸部に締め代を付与して圧入するようにしたことを特徴とするプーリの固定構造。
- 前記軸部の外径熱膨張量を内輪の内径熱膨張量よりも大きくする手段が、前記軸部を前記内輪よりも線膨張係数の大きい金属材料で形成したものである請求項1に記載のプーリの固定構造。
- 前記軸部の外径熱膨張量を内輪の内径熱膨張量よりも大きくする手段が、前記軸部の外径面に前記内輪よりも線膨張係数の大きい金属材料で形成したスリーブを圧入したものである請求項1に記載のプーリの固定構造。
- 前記内輪と軸部の締め代が、−10℃以下の温度で零になるようにした請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のプーリの固定構造。
- 前記軸部に圧入される内輪を抜け止めする手段を設けた請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のプーリの固定構造。
