Claims (6)
- 反応容器のための複数個の温度調節可能な収容部を備えた反応領域を有するサーモサイクラ装置と、
複数個の発光ダイオードを有する照射装置であり、且つ、該照射装置は前記反応領域に割り当てられるものであり、且つ、該照射装置により励起光は前記収容部内へ放射可能である、照射装置と、
測定される光の強度に応じて測定値を発生する検知器装置と、
前記照射装置から前記収容部へ、さらに其処から前記検知器装置へと通じる光路を定める光学装置と、
発光ダイオードの光の強度を測定することによって対照測定値を発生する1個の対照装置と、
前記対照測定値を測定値と比較する1 1の評価装置と、
を備えた、リアルタイムPCR反応を行うための装置において、
前記対照装置が対照発光ダイオード(140)を有し、該対照発光ダイオードからの光が反応領域の後方で光路(15、15’) に結合されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、対照発光ダイオード(140)として、照射装置の発光ダイオード(14)よりも放射光のスペクトル幅が広い発光ダイオードが備えられていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、対照発光ダイオード(140)として白色光を発生する発光ダイオードが備えられていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、対照発光ダイオード(140)の下流側に配置されたフィルタ装置(230)、特に減光ガラスフィルタが備えられていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、対照発光ダイオード(140)から出る光が、該発光ダイオードに割り当てられた光ファイバ(200)によって光路に結合されることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、対照発光ダイオード(140)と、照射装置の発光ダイオード(14)とが、同一の電源に接続されていることを特徴とする装置。
