Abstract
Description
図1は公知の主軸1の断面図である。この主軸1はケーシング2を備え、ケーシング2内には電動機3が収容されている。電動機3は、軸受4と5で支持されている軸6であって図示していない工具を受容するための締め付け固定要素7を備えた前記軸6を駆動する。主軸1は、軸6内に組み込まれるデータ収集要素8または軸6にたとえば該軸6を周回するように延在して取り付けられるデータ収集要素8を有している。データ収集要素8は無線チップとして構成されている。軸6が回転すると、回転するデータ収集要素8は主軸1の読み取り器9によって読み出すことができる(データ収集要素8の一方向および/または二方向の読み出し、および/または、メモリを組み込んだデータ収集要素8の記述)。読み取り器9はデータ処理用および/またはデータ記憶用の他の要素10とたとえばケーブル接続されている。他の要素10は工作機械の機械制御部(図示せず)に対するインターフェースを有することができる。

Claims (9)
- 工作物加工用の工具を受容する工具受容部を備えた、工作機械の主軸であって、特に、電動機を収容するためのケーシングと、電動機により駆動可能な軸とを備えたモータ主軸であって、主軸の作動データおよび/または状態データを記録するための少なくとも1つのデータ収集要素が設けられている前記主軸において、
データ収集要素(8)が無線チップとして構成され、且つ読み取り要素(9)を介して無線で読み出し可能であることを特徴とする主軸。 - 無線チップが固有のエネルギー供給源を有しておらず、読み出しの際に、読み取り要素(9)の無線波を介して無線チップに適当なエネルギーを供給するようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の主軸。
- 主軸(1)が、該主軸(1)の内部で無線チップを読み出すように主軸に組み込んだ読み取り要素(9)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の主軸。
- 読み取り要素(9)が工作機械(19)の機械制御部と接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の主軸。
- 読み取り要素(9)が、同じ主軸(1)の無線チップを読み出すために、且つ隣接する複数個の主軸の複数個の無線チップを読み出すために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の主軸。
- 主軸(1)の内部で無線チップを読み出すための外部の読み取り要素(9”)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の主軸。
- 無線チップが、外部の読み取り要素(9”)のみを通じて読み出し可能で、主軸に組み込んだ読み取り要素(9)を通じては読み出し不能であるようなデータ領域を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の主軸。
- 主軸(1)が複数個の無線チップを有し、これらの無線チップの一部は内部の読み取り要素(9)を通じて読み出し可能で、一部は外部の読み取り要素(9”)を通じて読み出し可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の主軸。
- 読み取り要素(9,9”)が異なる無線チップを別個に読み出すための複数個の選択可能な別個の無線信号を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の主軸。
