Abstract

Claims (6)
- 接着コーティング層(14)と、
任意のシリカ層(15)と、
少なくとも一つの遷移層(16)と、
任意の外層(18)、及び
CMAS軽減層(20、120)とを含み、
前記CMAS軽減層が統合CMAS軽減層(120)であるときは、前記統合CMAS軽減層は、
BSAS、及び
希土類元素、希土類酸化物、希土類ハフニウム酸塩、希土類ジルコン酸塩、ジルコニア、アルカリ土類元素又は希土類元素で部分的又は全体的に安定化したハフニア、アルカリ土類元素又は希土類元素で部分的又は全体的に安定化したジルコニア、酸化マグネシウム、コージライト、アルミン酸マグネシウムスピネル、希土類一ケイ酸塩、希土類二ケイ酸塩、リン酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、アルミナ及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるCMAS軽減組成物を含み、
前記CMAS軽減層が分離CMAS軽減層(20)であるときは、前記分離CMAS軽減層は、
希土類元素、希土類酸化物、ジルコニア、アルカリ土類元素又は希土類元素で部分的又は全体的に安定化したハフニア、アルカリ土類元素又は希土類元素で部分的又は全体的に安定化したジルコニア、酸化マグネシウム、コージライト、リン酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるCMAS軽減組成物からなる、
耐環境コーティングを含む、
CMAS軽減能力を有する高温部材(10)。 - 接着コーティング層(14)がシリコンを含み、遷移層(16)がムライト、BSAS及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される組成物を含み、外層(18)がBSASを含む、請求項1に記載の部材(10)。
- 統合CMAS軽減層(120)は、BSASにおける粒界相として、又はBSASに分散した耐熱粒子としてCMAS軽減組成物を含む、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の部材(10)。
- 部材(10)は、セラミックマトリックス複合材料又はモノリシックセラミックである、請求項1、2又は3のいずれかに記載の部材(10)。
- 部材(10)は、燃焼器部材、タービン翼、炉心隔壁、ノズル、遮熱材及び羽根からなる群より選択されるタービンエンジン部材を含む、請求項1、2、3又は4のいずれかに記載の部材(10)。
- 分離CMAS軽減層(20)に塗布された摩耗層(22)をさらに含む、請求項1、2、3、4又は5のいずれかに記載の部材(10)。
