Abstract
【解決手段】ポリメチルメタクリレート、X線不透明剤、メチルメタクリレートおよび/またはアルキルメタクリレート、開始剤系、最大500μmまでの粒度を有する強磁性粒子および/または超常磁性粒子ならびに42〜80℃の範囲内の融点を有する少なくとも1つの生分解性または生体適合性の結晶性物質を含有する。
【効果】特に脊柱の範囲の望ましくない温度ピークなしに身体領域を一時的に43〜46℃へ過熱するための薬剤(高熱症治療)の製造に適している。

Description
A ポリメチルメタクリレート、
B X線不透明剤、
C メチルメタクリレートおよび/またはアルキルメタクリレート、
D 開始剤系、
E 最大500μmまでの粒度を有する強磁性粒子および/または超常磁性粒子ならびに
F 42〜80℃の範囲内の融点を有する少なくとも1つの生分解性または生体適合性の結晶性物質を含有する制御された高熱症治療のためのポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメント組成物に関する。
セメント粉末の製造
管状混合装置を用いて陶磁器粉砕体を使用してプラスチック瓶中で1,2,3−トリラウロイルグリセリン30.0gをマグネタイト粒子10.0g(D50 100μm)と一緒に強力に30分間、微粉砕した。その際、1,2,3−トリラウロイルグリセリンは、マグネタイト粒子の表面上に付着する。その後に、ポリ−(メチルメタクリレート−コメチルアクリレート)60.0gおよび過酸化ジベンゾイル2.0g(水25%で粘着化した)を添加した。この混合物をさらに30分間、微粉砕した。このセメント粉末は、微粉砕後に帯灰褐色の粉末として提供された。
実施例1で製造されたセメント粉末40.0gをメチルメタクリレート18.40gとp−N,N−ジメチル−トルイジン0.38gとからなる混合物と混合した。30秒後に均一なペースト状セメントが生じ、このペースト状セメントは、数分後に硬化した。ペースト状セメントを用いてプラスチック型を使用しながら円筒状の成形体(高さ10mm、直径25mm)を製造し、この場合電子温度センサーは、成形体の中心に配置されていた。硬化された成形体を常用のインダクションレンジから借用したインダクションヒーター(電子制御装置を備えたコイル、周波数25kHz)を用いて2分間、加熱した。この場合、43〜44℃の最大温度を成形体の内部で測定した。

- A ポリメチルメタクリレート、
B X線不透明剤、
C メチルメタクリレートおよび/またはアルキルメタクリレート、
D 開始剤系、
E 最大500μmまでの粒度を有する強磁性粒子および/または超常磁性粒子ならびに
F 42〜80℃の範囲内の融点を有する少なくとも1つの生分解性または生体適合性の結晶性物質を含有する制御された高熱症治療のためのポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメント組成物。 - 成分Eの粒子が結晶性物質Fによって部分的または完全に被覆されている、請求項1記載のポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメント組成物。
- 成分Eの粒子が鉄、コバルト、サマリウム−コバルト、ネオジム−鉄(Nd2Fe14)またはマグネタイトからなる、請求項1または2記載のポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメント組成物。
- 成分Fの物質が1,2,3−トリラウロイルグリセリン、1,2,3−トリミリスチルグリセリン、1,2,3−トリパルミトイルグリセリン、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸およびパルミチン酸からなる群に属する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメント組成物。
- 成分Fがポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメント組成物中の全質量に対して30質量%の含量になるまで含有されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメント組成物。
- 付加的に少なくとも1つの細胞増殖抑制剤が含有されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のポリメチルメタクリレート骨セメント組成物。
- 望ましくない温度ピークなしに身体領域を一時的に加熱するための薬剤(高熱症治療)を製造するための請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 望ましくない温度ピークなしに脊柱の範囲を一時的に加熱するための薬剤(高熱症治療)を製造するための請求項7記載の使用。
- 身体領域を一時的に43〜46℃へ加熱するための薬剤(高熱症治療)を製造するための請求項7または8記載の組成物の使用。
