Abstract
【解決手段】生体内の圧力を測定する圧力センサである圧トランスデューサ11と、呼吸関連情報を測定する呼吸センサであるメインストリームCO2センサ13と、前記メインストリームCO2センサ13により得られた呼吸関連情報に基づいて呼気終末期を認識した際の前記圧トランスデューサ11により得られた圧力値を出力する出力手段を含むCPU30とを具備する。

Claims (11)
- 生体内の圧力を測定する圧力センサと、
呼吸関連情報を測定する呼吸センサと、
前記呼吸センサにより得られた呼吸関連情報に基づいて呼気終末期を認識した際の前記圧力センサにより得られた圧力値を出力する出力手段と
を具備することを特徴とする生体信号測定装置。 - 前記圧力センサは、観血血圧を測定するものであり、
前記出力手段は観血血圧値を出力すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 前記圧力センサは、脳圧を測定するものであり、
前記出力手段は脳圧値を出力すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 前記観血血圧は、中心静脈圧(CVP)、肺動脈圧(PAP)、肺動脈楔入圧(PCWP)、動脈圧(ART)、心内圧(RAP,RVP,LAP,LVP)の少なくとも一つであること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 前記呼吸センサは、気道内圧センサ、呼吸流量センサ、CO2 濃度センサ、換気量センサ、呼吸温センサ、インピーダンス呼吸センサのいずれか一つであること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 前記呼吸センサは、メインストリーム方式であること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 前記呼気終末期は、CO2 濃度波形の微分波形の立ち下がりから求めること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 前記呼気終末期は、気道内圧、呼吸流量、換気量波形の呼気から吸気に切り替わる時点を求めること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 出力される圧力は、移動平均法による平均圧、又は一心拍周期の平均圧のいずれかであること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 前記圧力センサで測定されている圧力と前記出力手段から出力される圧力との両方を同時に、若しくはいずれか一方を選択的に、表示できること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の生体信号測定装置。 - 前記呼吸センサは、気道内圧センサ、呼吸流量センサ、CO2 濃度センサ、換気量センサ、呼吸温センサ、インピーダンス呼吸センサであり、これら複数の前記呼吸センサで測定される呼吸関連情報のうち少なくとも一つを選択する選択手段が備えられていること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の生体信号測定装置。
