Abstract
【解決手段】複数の電池セルのうち、第1電圧から前記第1電圧より高い第2電圧までの充電にかかる充電時間と電圧との関係とを示す充電カーブが互いに類似する複数の前記電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する。これにより、電池セル及び複数の電池セルを組み込んだ電池パックの寿命を延ばすことができる。

Claims (7)
- 複数の電池セルのうち、第1電圧から前記第1電圧より高い第2電圧までの充電にかかる充電時間と電圧との関係とを示す充電カーブが互いに類似する複数の前記電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する選択部を備える電池組立装置。
- 前記選択部は、前記複数の電池セルのうち、前記充電時間が互いに類似する前記複数の電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する請求項1に記載の電池組立装置。
- 前記選択部は、前記複数の電池セルのうち、前記充電時間が類似し、且つ、前記充電時間のそれぞれの時刻における電池セルの電圧が互いに類似する前記複数の電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する請求項1又は2に記載の電池組立装置。
- 前記複数の電池セルを充放電させて、前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれの前記充電カーブを測定する充電カーブ測定部をさらに備え、
前記選択部は、前記充電カーブ測定部が測定した前記複数の電池セルの前記充電カーブが互いに類似する前記複数の電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する請求項1から3の何れかに記載の電池組立装置。 - 前記複数の電池セルの中にそれぞれ設けられたメモリから、複数の前記電池セルの前記充電カーブを示す情報を読み出す充電カーブ読出部をさらに備え、
前記選択部は、前記充電カーブ読出部が読み出した前記複数の電池セルの前記充電カーブを示す情報を用いて、前記充電カーブが互いに類似する前記複数の電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する請求項1に記載の電池組立装置。 - 1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択された前記電池セルの前記充電カーブに応じて、該電池パックの使用用途を選択する用途選択部をさらに備える請求項1から5の何れかに記載の電池組立装置。
- 複数の電池セルのうち、第1電圧から前記第1電圧より高い第2電圧までの充電にかかる充電時間と電圧との関係とを示す充電カーブが互いに類似する複数の前記電池セルを1つの電池パックに組み込む電池セルとして選択する選択工程を備える電池組立方法。
