Abstract
【解決手段】有機性成分を含む発酵処理対象液の発酵処理を下部同士が互いに連通した複数の発酵槽1,2で行い、上流側の発酵槽1で発生する生物ガスの圧力P1により、発酵処理対象液L1を上流側の発酵槽1から下流側の発酵槽2へ移送すると共に、下流側の発酵槽2の発酵処理対象液L2をオーバーフローさせて系外へ移送し、上流側の発酵槽1に蓄積された生物ガスの圧力P1を開放することにより下流側の発酵槽2の発酵処理対象液L2の一部を上流側の発酵槽1へ還流させ、これにより無動力で発酵処理対象液の撹拌及び移送を行う。

Claims (7)
- 有機性成分を含む発酵処理対象液の発酵処理を下部同士が互いに連通した複数の発酵槽で行い、上流側の発酵槽で発生する生物ガスの圧力により、発酵処理対象液を上流側の発酵槽から下流側の発酵槽へ移送することを特徴とする発酵方法。
- 有機性成分を含む発酵処理対象液の発酵処理を下部同士が互いに連通した複数の発酵槽で行い、上流側の発酵槽で発生する生物ガス量が下流側の発酵槽で発生する生物ガス量より多くなることにより生じるガス圧力差により、発酵処理対象液を上流側の発酵槽から下流側の発酵槽へ移送することを特徴とする発酵方法。
- 上流側の発酵槽の生物ガスの圧力により、下流側の発酵槽の発酵処理対象液をオーバーフローさせて系外へ移送することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の発酵方法。
- 上流側の発酵槽に蓄積された生物ガスの圧力を開放することにより下流側の発酵槽の発酵処理対象液の一部を上流側の発酵槽へ還流させて撹拌することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の発酵方法。
- 上部に密閉可能な投入口を有する上流側発酵槽と、消化液排出管を有する下流側発酵槽を備え、これら上流側発酵槽の下部と下流側発酵槽の下部が、第一連通部を介して互いに連通し、上流側発酵槽の上部気室の圧力を開放可能としたことを特徴とする発酵装置。
- 上流側発酵槽と下流側発酵槽が、一端が消化液排出管からのオーバーフローにより規定される下流側発酵槽の液面レベルの上限高さより上側で下流側発酵槽の上部気室に開口し、他端が前記一端の開口高さより下側で上流側発酵槽に開口した第二連通部を介して互いに連通したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の発酵装置。
- 上流側発酵槽の上部気室の圧力が、バルブを介して開放可能としたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の発酵装置。
