Abstract

- 少なくとも1つのポリエステル樹脂を、少なくとも1つの帯電制御剤及び少なくとも1つの有機溶媒と接触させて樹脂混合物を形成し、
前記樹脂混合物を加熱して所望の温度にし、
前記混合物に水及び随意の溶媒反転剤を添加し、
前記溶媒を除去して、前記少なくとも1つのポリエステル及び前記帯電制御剤を分散相内に含むエマルジョンを形成する、
ステップを含むことを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記ポリエステル樹脂は、非晶質樹脂、結晶性樹脂、及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 少なくとも1つのポリエステル樹脂を、
サリチル酸のアルキル誘導体、安息香酸のアルキル誘導体、ジカルボン酸誘導体のアルキル誘導体、オキシナフトエ酸のアルキル誘導体、スルホン酸のアルキル誘導体、ジメチルスルホキシド、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート、第4級ホスホニウムトリハロジンケート、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択された成分の少なくとも1つの金属錯体から誘導される少なくとも1つの帯電制御剤と、
