Abstract
【解決手段】蒸気タービン部材は、Feを主成分とし、Crを8〜15重量%、Mnを0.1〜1.0重量%含有するステンレス鋼を基材とする蒸気タービン部材であって、前記基材の表面に、基材の成分元素の酸化物からなる酸化膜を有する。酸化物の膜厚が1μm以下であることが好ましい。また、酸化膜の表面粗さRaが1.6a以下であることが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- Feを主成分とし、Crを8〜15重量%、Mnを0.1〜1.0重量%含有するステンレス鋼を基材とする蒸気タービン部材であって、
前記基材の表面に、基材の成分元素の酸化物からなる酸化膜を有することを特徴とする蒸気タービン部材。 - 請求項1において、酸化膜は、Fe,Cr,Mnを含むことを特徴とする蒸気タービン部材。
- 請求項1において、前記酸化膜が1μm以下であることを特徴とする蒸気タービン部材。
- 請求項1において、前記酸化膜の表面粗さRaが1.6a以下であることを特徴とする蒸気タービン部材。
