Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る電池は、電池ケースの蓋2に形成された貫通孔2Aにパッキン7,8を介して挿通されると共に、電池ケース内の発電要素に接続された集電部材9と外部端子5とを接続するリベット4、あるいは、電池ケースの蓋2に形成された貫通孔2Aにパッキン7,8を介して挿通されると共に、電池ケース内の発電要素に接続された集電部材9と接続され、軸方向の他端側が外部端子となっているリベット4を備えた電池であって、リベット4は軸方向の一端側で集電部材9と接続され、一端側は軸方向に凹部状の筒状部4Dを備え、該筒状部4Dの底面4dが電池ケースの蓋2にまで到達するか、電池ケースの蓋2を超えて他端側へ位置すると共に、筒状部4Dの厚みが一端側から他端側にかけて厚くなっている。

Claims (10)
- 電池ケースに形成された貫通孔にパッキンを介して挿通されると共に、前記電池ケース内の発電要素に接続された集電部材と外部端子とを接続するリベットを備えた電池であって、
前記リベットは軸方向の一端側で前記集電部材と接続され、前記一端側は軸方向に凹部状の筒状部を備え、該筒状部の底面が前記電池ケースにまで到達するか、前記電池ケースを超えて軸方向の他端側へ位置すると共に、前記筒状部の厚みが前記一端側から前記他端側にかけて厚くなっていることを特徴とする電池。 - 電池ケースに形成された貫通孔にパッキンを介して挿通されると共に、前記電池ケース内の発電要素に接続された集電部材と接続され、軸方向の他端側が外部端子となっているリベットを備えた電池であって、
前記リベットは軸方向の一端側で前記集電部材と接続され、前記一端側は軸方向に凹部状の筒状部を備え、該筒状部の底面が前記電池ケースにまで到達するか、前記電池ケースを超えて前記他端側へ位置すると共に、前記筒状部の厚みが前記一端側から前記他端側にかけて厚くなっていることを特徴とする電池。 - 前記筒状部の外径が軸方向の前記一端側から前記他端側にかけて小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記筒状部の内径が軸方向の前記一端側から前記他端側にかけて小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の電池。
- 電池ケースに形成された貫通孔にパッキンを介して挿通されると共に、前記電池ケース内の発電要素に接続された集電部材と外部端子とを接続するリベットを備えた電池の製造方法において、
前記集電部材は貫通部を有し、軸方向の一端側に中実部を備えた前記リベットの該中実部を前記集電部材の貫通部から突出させた後、前記リベットの前記中実部に、底面が前記電池ケースにまで到達するか、前記電池ケースを超えて軸方向の他端側へ位置すると共に、厚みが前記一端側から前記他端側にかけて厚くなる凹部状の筒状部を形成することを特徴とする電池の製造方法。 - 電池ケースに形成された貫通孔にパッキンを介して挿通されると共に、前記電池ケース内の発電要素に接続された集電部材と接続され、軸方向の他端側が外部端子となっているリベットを備えた電池の製造方法において、
前記集電部材は貫通部を有し、軸方向の一端側に中実部を備えた前記リベットの該中実部を前記集電部材の貫通部から突出させた後、前記リベットの前記中実部に、底面が前記電池ケースにまで到達するか、前記電池ケースを超えて前記他端側へ位置すると共に、厚みが前記一端側から前記他端側にかけて厚くなる凹部状の筒状部を形成することを特徴とする電池の製造方法。 - 前記凹部状の筒状部が前記リベットの前記中実部にポンチを押し込むことによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記ポンチとして、前記リベットの外径寸法よりも小さい先端部を有するポンチを用いることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記ポンチとして、先細り形状のポンチを用いることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記リベットの前記中実部に凹部状の筒状部が形成されることによって、前記リベットの前記中実部の外径が外側に押し広げられることを特徴とする請求項5乃至9の何れか1項に記載の電池の製造方法。
