Abstract

Claims (18)
- 複数の2次電池;および
前記複数の2次電池が内蔵されるモジュールケース;
を含み、
前記モジュールケースの少なくとも一面の一部は、前記複数の2次電池の配列方向に形成された強化繊維を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースは、前記複数の2次電池が内蔵される収納部と、収納部に結合される蓋とを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記収納部は、強化繊維を有する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記収納部は、フロアと、前記フロアで突出し、前記複数の2次電池の配列方向に形成された第1側壁、および前記フロアで突出し、前記第1側壁の端部に連結された第2側壁を含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フロアと前記第1側壁は、強化繊維を有する、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フロアと前記第1側壁には、前記複数の2次電池の配列方向に延長した補強リブが形成された、請求項4または請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記補強リブは、前記複数の2次電池の配列方向に延長した強化繊維を有する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2側壁は、前記モジュールケースの幅方向に延長した強化繊維を有する、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2側壁には、前記モジュールケースの幅方向に延長した補強リブが形成された、請求項4〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記蓋は、前記複数の2次電池の配列方向に延長した強化繊維を有する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースはエンジニアリングプラスチックからなり、前記強化繊維は前記エンジニアリングプラスチックの内部に挿入設置された、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンジニアリングプラスチックは、ポリアミド、ポリアセタール、ポリカーボネートからなる群より選択されるいずれか一つの物質を含む、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースは強化繊維層を含み、前記強化繊維は前記強化繊維層に位置する、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記強化繊維層は、前記モジュールケースの外面に形成された、請求項13に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記強化繊維層は、前記モジュールケースの内面に形成された、請求項13に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記強化繊維は、ガラス繊維からなる、請求項1〜請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記強化繊維は、炭素繊維からなる、請求項1〜請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記強化繊維は、前記複数の2次電池の配列方向に沿って延長して形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
