Abstract
【解決手段】自己膨張タイヤ装置用のタイヤ10は、所定の半径方向位置でタイヤカーカスウォール内に形成された環状の空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝38を有する。溝38は、アクセス開口41と、環状の空気ポンプチューブ50を密着して受け入れるように寸法および輪郭が設定された1次の内部溝チャンバ39とを有している。2次の膨脹溝チャンバ40は、タイヤ動作中に動作状態で平坦にされた空気ポンプチューブの延長部分を受けるように内部溝チャンバ39と通じている。通路42Aが、環状の空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝38に沿った所定の出口位置に位置しており、溝38から、断面厚さが薄い取り外し可能な仕切り壁によってタイヤの内側ライナ46から分離されたタイヤカーカスウォール内の軸線方向内側の終端48まで延びている。

Claims (11)
- 自己膨張タイヤ装置用のタイヤであって、
タイヤの内側ライナと、第1および第2のタイヤビード領域からタイヤトレッド領域までそれぞれ延びている第1および第2のサイドウォールとによって画定されたタイヤキャビティを有するタイヤカーカスと、
所定の半径方向位置でタイヤカーカスウォール内に形成され、アクセス開口と、1次の内部溝チャンバと、運転状態で平坦にされた空気ポンプチューブの延長部分を受けるように前記1次の内部溝チャンバに隣接して該1次の内部溝チャンバに連通している2次の膨張溝チャンバと、を有する環状の空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝と、
前記環状の空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝に沿った所定の出口位置に位置し、該溝から前記タイヤカーカスウォールを通って前記タイヤキャビティへ向かって部分的に延び、前記タイヤカーカスウォールと比べて断面厚さが薄い取り外し可能なタイヤカーカスバリヤによって前記タイヤの内側ライナから分離された軸線方向内側の終端を有する部分的な通路手段と、
を含むことを特徴とする、タイヤ。 - 前記溝の前記所定の半径方向位置は、前記タイヤカーカスの下部のサイドウォール領域での前記タイヤカーカスウォール内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記通路手段の前記終端と前記タイヤキャビティとの間の前記取り外し可能なタイヤカーカスバリヤは、断面厚さが、前記タイヤカーカスウォールの断面厚さの0.35倍から0.45倍の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤカーカスバリヤは、前記出口位置において貫通可能な材料組成から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤカーカスは硬化後の状態にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝は、前記タイヤカーカスを囲む周囲空気に対して開いた前記アクセス開口を含む断面で実質的に細長いU字形状を有するとともに、実質的に円形の断面構成を有する前記1次の内部溝チャンバと、を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記膨脹溝チャンバは、前記U字形状の溝形状の湾曲領域で軸線方向内側に少なくとも一部が位置していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記通路手段は、前記溝の前記出口位置において、前記膨脹溝チャンバから前記タイヤカーカスウォールを通って前記タイヤキャビティへ向かって軸線方向内向きに延びていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記通路手段は、軸線方向に延び互いに分離された第1および第2の空気チャネルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタイヤ。
- 軸線方向に延びている前記第1および第2の空気チャネルは実質的に円柱状であり、平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記溝の前記所定の半径方向位置は、前記タイヤカーカスの下部のサイドウォール領域での前記タイヤカーカスウォール内であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタイヤ。
