Abstract
【解決手段】食品載置面28に、貫通孔36と、軟磁性金属粉が混練された釉薬層が焼成されてなる加熱部40とが形成された陶磁製の支持台14を、受け皿10に対して、隙間24を隔てて載置して、構成した。

Description
本発明に従う構造を有する加熱部が設けられた陶器と、そのような加熱部が何等設けられていない陶器との間での、電子レンジ加熱(マイクロ波加熱)による温度上昇の違いを調べるために、以下の試験Aを実施した。
加熱部中に埋入される軟磁性金属粉の種類及び配合割合と、加熱部の電子レンジ加熱(マイクロ波加熱)による温度上昇との関係を調べるために、以下の試験Bを実施した。
支持台の食品載置面に貫通孔を形成した場合と形成しない場合とでの電子レンジ加熱による加熱部の温度上昇の違いを調べるために、以下の試験Cを行った。
Claims (4)
- 電子レンジ用陶磁製調理器であって、
受け皿と、該受け皿に対して隙間を隔てて載置される陶磁製の支持台とを備えており、
該支持台の食品載置面には、軟磁性金属紛が混練された釉薬層が焼成されてなる加熱部と、該支持台を貫通する貫通孔が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする電子レンジ用陶磁製調理器。 - 前記貫通孔が、前記食品載置面に、直線状に延びる形態を有して、並列に複数並んで形成されていると共に、前記加熱部が、該貫通孔の両サイドにおいて該貫通孔に沿って直線状に延びる部分を有して、該食品載置面の全体に形成されている請求項1に記載の電子レンジ用陶磁製調理器。
- 前記支持台を覆蓋する蓋部を備えている請求項1又は2に記載の電子レンジ用陶磁製調理器。
- 前記受け皿と前記蓋部のうちの少なくとも何れか一方が吸水性を備えている請求項3に記載の電子レンジ用陶磁製調理器。
