Abstract
【解決手段】多重結合素材は、金属板と複合材とを含む。複合材は、金属板の一面に結合されるものであって、織物または不織布の形態で金属板の一面に配される補強材と、補強材を金属板に結合させる樹脂材とで形成される。したがって、多重結合素材は、十分な剛性特性を有すると同時に、軽量化に有利で衝撃吸収性と防音及び除塵性能とが向上する。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一つの金属板と、
前記金属板の一面に結合されるものであって、織物または不織布の形態で前記金属板の一面に配される補強材と、前記補強材を前記金属板に結合させる樹脂材とで形成された少なくとも一つの複合材と、
を含むことを特徴とする多重結合素材。 - 前記金属板は、2個備えられ、
前記金属板の間に前記複合材が配されて、前記金属板にそれぞれ結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重結合素材。 - 前記複合材は、2個備えられ、
前記複合材は、前記金属板の両面に一つずつ結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多重結合素材。 - 前記補強材は、
ナイロン(nylon)繊維、ポリエステル(polyester)繊維、ナイロン/ポリエステル混合繊維、ナイロン/レーヨン(rayon)混合繊維、ポリエステル/レーヨン混合繊維、アラミド(aramid)繊維、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、金属繊維のうち選択された何れか一つの繊維あるいは混用された繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうち何れか一項に記載の多重結合素材。 - 前記補強材は、フェノール樹脂が含浸されて結束力が補強されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多重結合素材。
- 前記補強材は、金属繊維、金属粉末、帯電防止剤のうち少なくとも何れか一つを含んで溶接性を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多重結合素材。
- 前記樹脂材は、
基本樹脂(resin)と、硬化剤と、充填剤と、希釈剤、及び添加剤とを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多重結合素材。
