Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン制御装置は、リラクタ4を検出してクランクパルスを出力するパルス発生器PCを有する。角速度算出部411は圧縮上死点TDC近傍の所定区間で出力される2つのクランクパルスの間隔に基づいて第1クランク角速度ω10を算出するとともに、オーバラップトップ上死点OLP近傍で第1クランク角速度ω10を算出したのと同じリラクタ4を検出して発生される2つのクランクパルスの間隔に基づいて第2クランク角速度ω20を算出する。エンジン負荷推定部412は、第2クランク角速度ω20に対する第1クランク角速度ω10の差分Δω360をエンジン負荷として算出する。エンジン負荷は、エンジン5による負の仕事を含めた1サイクル全体の図示平均有効圧力IMEPNETである。

ここで、Ieはクランク軸系慣性モーメントである。
ΔE=IMEP×Vs……式2。
ここで、IMEPは図示平均有効圧力、Vsはエンジンの排気量である。
1/2×(ω12−ω02)=(ω1−ω0)×1/2×(ω1+ω0)……式3。
Δω=(ω1−ω0)で定義する。また、式3の右辺はサイクル平均の角速度ω、すなわち回転速度Neとおおむね一致するので、次式4で近似できる。
1/2×(ω1+ω0)=Ne……式4。
Δω=(IMEP×Vs)/(Ie×Ne)……式5。
すなわち、クランク角速度の変化量Δωは図示平均有効圧力IMEPおよび排気量Vsに比例し、エンジンの回転速度Neとクランク軸系慣性モーメントに反比例する。
Claims (6)
- エンジン(5)のクランク軸(1)に同期して回転するクランクパルサロータ(2)に設けられるリラクタ(4、4a)を検出してクランクパルスを出力するパルス発生器(PC)を有するエンジン制御装置において、
エンジン(5)の圧縮上死点近傍の所定区間で出力される2つのクランクパルスの間隔に基づいて第1クランク角速度(ω10)を算出するとともに、オーバラップトップ上死点近傍で前記第1クランク角速度(ω10)を算出したのと同じリラクタ(4、4a)を検出して前記パルス発生器(PC)から出力される2つのクランクパルスの間隔に基づいて第2クランク角速度(ω20)を算出する角速度算出手段(411)と、
前記第2クランク角速度(ω20)に対する前記第1クランク角速度(ω10)の差分(Δω360)からエンジン負荷を推定するエンジン負荷推定手段(412)とを具備したことを特徴とするエンジン制御装置。 - 前記圧縮上死点近傍およびオーバラップトップ上死点近傍の所定区間でそれぞれ出力される2つのクランクパルスが、圧縮上死点およびオーバラップトップ上死点の直前位置で出力されるようにリラクタ(4、4a)とクランク軸(1)との関係が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記圧縮上死点近傍およびオーバラップトップ上死点近傍の所定区間でそれぞれ出力される2つのクランクパルスが、圧縮上死点およびオーバラップトップ上死点をそれぞれ跨いだ位置で出力されるようにリラクタ(4、4a)とクランク軸(1)との関係が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記圧縮上死点近傍およびオーバラップトップ上死点近傍の所定区間でそれぞれ出力される2つのクランクパルスが、クランクパルサロータ(2)に設けられる単一のリラクタ(4)の前端および後端をそれぞれ検出したときに出力されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記圧縮上死点近傍およびオーバラップトップ上死点近傍の所定区間でそれぞれ出力される2つのクランクパルスが、クランクパルサロータ(2)に設けられる複数のリラクタ(4a)のうち所定の2つをそれぞれ検出したときに出力されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記エンジン負荷推定手段は、エンジン(5)による負の仕事であるポンプ損失を含めたエンジン(5)の1サイクル全体の図示平均有効圧力(IMEPNET)によってエンジン負荷を推定することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御装置。
