Abstract

Claims (6)
- 関心対象のデータを取得するために少なくとも1つのパワー導体(32)と1つのデータ導体(34)を含むカテーテル(20)に結合するように構成されたカテーテル先端(26)であって、
アクチュエータ・スリーブ(60)及び、センサ区画(62)を画定する支持部材と、
前記アクチュエータ・スリーブ(60)内に配置させると共に前記パワー導体(32)に結合させたアクチュエータ(54)と、
前記センサ区画(62)内に配置させると共に前記データ導体(34)に結合させたセンサ(36)と、
を含み、
前記アクチュエータ(54)は前記カテーテル先端(26)の前記遠位端の位置に配置されており、かつ前記支持部材(52)は前記パワー導体(32)を受け容れるチャンネル(66)を有する外面を含んでいる、
カテーテル先端(26)。 - 前記軸受け/シール(56)は0度と180度の間の離散的な動きの回転運動を得るように構成されている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル先端(26)。
- 前記アクチュエータ・スリーブ(60)上に前記アクチュエータ(54)を保護するためのリブ(68)を含む請求項1に記載のカテーテル先端(26)。
- 前記支持部材(52)、カバー(58)、アクチュエータ(54)及びセンサ(36)を所定の直径に収容するオーバーモールドを含む請求項1に記載のカテーテル先端(26)。
- 前記センサ(36)が体部(44)とトランスジューサ・アレイ(42)を含むトランスジューサであり、該体部は、前記支持部材(52)の内部においてセンサ(36)の一貫した芯出し回転を維持するように構成させた芯出し/機械的支持部材(46)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル先端(26)。
- 関心対象内に挿入するためのカテーテル(20)であって、
遠位端及び近位端を有する細長い体部(24)と、
前記近位端に結合させたハンドル(22)と、
前記細長い体部(24)内に配置させると共に前記ハンドル(22)に結合させた前記データ導体(34)と、
前記細長い体部(24)内に配置させると共に前記ハンドル(22)に結合させた前記パワー導体(32)と、
前記細長い体部(24)の遠位端の位置に配置させた請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のカテーテル先端(26)と、
を備えるカテーテル(20)。
