Abstract

Claims (19)
- 長手方向軸に沿った複数のチャネルを有している管状部材と、
前記管状部材の近位端に配置されているハンドルと、
複数のアームであって、前記複数のアームのうち少なくとも2つのアームが前記管状部材の遠位端に回動可能に接続されている、前記複数のアームと、
前記少なくとも2つのアームのうち少なくとも1つのアームの外部表面において突出した形態とされる少なくとも1つの組織変位部材と、
を備えている内視鏡手術装置において、
前記少なくとも2つのアームそれぞれが、前記アームを貫通していると共に内視鏡手術ツールを受容するように構成されている、少なくとも1つのガイディングチャネルを有しており、
前記少なくとも1つの組織変位部材が、前記少なくとも1つの組織変位部材を備えている前記アームが回動する場合に、組織を変位させるように構成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡手術装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つのアームそれぞれが、前記少なくとも2つのアームそれぞれが単一のヒンジを中心として回動するように、前記管状部材の前記遠位端に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの組織変位部材が、前記管状部材の前記長手方向軸に対して傾斜している方向に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記管状部材が、前記管状部材の前記遠位端から順番に、前記ハンドルに結合されているシャフト部分と、前記シャフト部分に結合されている一連の脊椎と、前記一連の脊椎のうち最も遠位に位置する脊椎に結合されているヘッド部材とを備えており、
前記ヘッド部材が、前記アームが回動可能に接続されている前記遠位端であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。 - 前記内視鏡手術装置が、前記組織変位部材を備えている前記アームが回動する場合に組織を変位させるように構成されている前記少なくとも2つのアームの前記外部表面それぞれに、突出した形態とされる2つの前記組織変位部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記組織変位部材それぞれが、前記管状部材の前記長手方向軸に対して傾斜している方向に突出していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのアームが、閉位置と開位置との間において回動可能とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記ハンドルに設けられた機構によって、前記少なくとも2つのアームが任意に選択された位置にロックされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのアームが、前記少なくとも2つのアームが回動した場合に手術部位において組織を把持するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのアームが、前記少なくとも2つのアームが回動した場合に組織を切断するように構成されている、刃部分を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのアームが、前記管状部材の前記遠位端に脱着可能に接続されており、異なる構成を有しているアームと相互交換可能とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記管状部材内の前記ガイディングチャネルのうち一のガイディングチャネルが、画像を伝送するための光学チャネルであり、
前記ガイディングチャネルのうち少なくとも1つの他のガイディングチャネルが、光を伝送するための照明チャネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つのアームが前記閉位置に位置している場合に、開口部が、光学チャネルを介して手術部位を目視するために、且つ、少なくとも1つの照明チャネルを介して前記手術部位を照明するために形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記アームが、前記閉位置に位置している場合に、前記管状部材の前記遠位端の少なくとも一部分をカバーし、丸みを帯びた錐体形状の少なくとも一部分を形成していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記管状部材が、内視鏡手術ツールを受容するように構成されている少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのアームが、前記作業チャネルを貫通して延在している前記内視鏡手術ツールを偏位させるために、前記少なくとも2つのアームの内側表面に形成されている偏位部材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 前記組織変位部材が、丸みを帯びた突出部であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
- 長手方向軸に沿った複数のチャネルを有している管状部材と、
前記管状部材の近位端に配置されているハンドルと、
複数のアームであって、前記複数のアームのうち少なくとも2つのアームが前記管状部材の遠位端に回動可能に接続されている、前記複数のアームと、
を備えている内視鏡手術装置において、
前記少なくとも2つのアームそれぞれが、前記アームを貫通していると共に内視鏡手術ツールを受容するように構成されている、少なくとも1つのガイディングチャネルを有しており、
前記アームが、前記閉位置に位置している場合に、前記管状部材の前記遠位端の少なくとも一部分をカバーし、丸みを帯びた錐体形状の少なくとも一部分を形成しており、
前記少なくとも2つのアームが、前記閉位置に位置している場合において、開口部が前記少なくとも2つのアーム同士の間に形成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡手術装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つのアームそれぞれが、前記少なくとも2つのアームが単一のヒンジを中心として回動するように、前記管状部材の前記遠位端に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の内視鏡手術装置。
