Abstract
【解決手段】このトロイダル型無段変速機は、回転力を受ける入力軸1に結合され且つ入力軸と一体で回転する入力側ディスク2と、入力側ディスク2との間に設けられたパワーローラ11を介して入力側ディスク2の回転力を所定の変速比で受ける出力側ディスク3とを備え、出力回転数およびトルクが一定で動作される。また、出力側ディスク3の背面には、出力側ディスク3を軸方向へ押圧する油圧式の押圧装置12Aが配置される。

なお、本発明の特徴は、押圧装置の配置形態にあり、その他の構成および作用は前述した従来の構成および作用と同様であるため、以下においては、本発明の特徴部分についてのみ言及し、それ以外の部分については、図3および図4と同一の符号を付して簡潔に説明するに留める。

Claims (3)
- 回転力を受ける入力軸に結合され且つ入力軸と一体で回転する入力側ディスクと、入力側ディスクとの間に設けられたパワーローラを介して入力側ディスクの回転力を所定の変速比で受ける出力側ディスクとを備え、出力回転数およびトルクが一定のトロイダル型無段変速機において、
前記出力側ディスクの背面に配置され且つ前記出力側ディスクを軸方向へ押圧する油圧式の押圧装置を備えることを特徴とするトロイダル型無段変速機。 - 前記各ディスクの凹面と前記パワーローラの周面との当接部に押圧力を付与するばねを更に備え、
出力回転により発生する遠心油圧による押圧力と前記ばねによるばね力との和から成る軸力が必要とするローディング圧となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトロイダル型無段変速機。 - 発電機械用の変速機であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のトロイダル型無段変速機。
