Abstract
【解決手段】原子%で、Ni:10%以上60%以下、B:10%以上22%以下、W、Moの片方又は両方の合計:0.01%以上10%以下を含有し、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする液相拡散接合用合金である。さらに、Cr:0.1〜20%以下、V:0.1〜10%以下の少なくとも1種を含有する液相拡散接合用合金である。

Claims (3)
- 原子%で、
Ni:10〜60%、及び、
B :10〜22%を含有し、さらに、W及びMoの1種又は2種を、合計で0.01〜10%含有し、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする液相拡散接合用合金。 - さらに、原子%で、Cr:0.1〜20%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相拡散接合用合金。
- さらに、原子%で、V:0.1〜10%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液相拡散接合用合金。
