There is a disclosure that a certain composition for bleaching or dyeing hair improves “irritating odor”, “feel of hair”, “lightness”, “sagging”, and “mixability”.
As can be seen from the compositions of the various compositions described above, even if the alcohols have the same carbon number, the effects of different properties are confirmed by the combined use of other components. That is, from the disclosure of the carbon number of alcohol, the effect exhibited by the combined use of other components could not be predicted.
For example, in order to improve the hair dyeing performance of the hair cosmetic composition, a method of increasing the amount of higher alcohol can be employed, but there is a risk that the viscosity will increase too much, maintaining the appropriate viscosity and dyeing the hair. Sexual compatibility was difficult. Further, in the first agent containing an alkaline agent of a multi-component hair cosmetic composition, in order to improve the viscosity stability of the first agent, the type of higher alcohol is changed, the amount of surfactant is reduced. The stability of the agent that is an emulsion may be deteriorated (separation may occur). What is the stability of the appropriate viscosity of the first agent and the stability of the agent that is an emulsion? It was difficult to achieve both.
Therefore, it is an object to be solved by the present invention to provide a hair cosmetic composition that maintains the stability of an agent that is an emulsion and the stability of the viscosity of a specific range of the agent. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hair cosmetic composition having good hair dyeing power and lightness. It is another object of the present invention to provide a first agent of a multi-component hair cosmetic composition that exhibits these effects.

Furthermore, it is a multi-component hair cosmetic composition comprising the hair cosmetic composition according to any one of the first to third inventions containing an alkaline agent as a first agent.
(Structure of the sixth invention)
The configuration of the sixth invention of the present application for solving the above-described problems is as follows.
It is a usage method of the hair cosmetic composition which discharges the hair cosmetic composition in any one of 1st invention-4th invention using compressed gas or liquefied gas.
(First invention)
According to the first invention, it is possible to obtain both effects of stability of the agent which is an emulsion and a small viscosity change in a specific viscosity region. Since a higher amount of C22 or higher alcohol is used in a relatively large amount, compared to other higher alcohols, there is an effect of superior emulsification stability at a high temperature when blended in the same amount and less change in viscosity. Since it is excellent in viscosity stability and emulsion stability, the hair cosmetic composition can be stored for a long period of time. Moreover, the hair cosmetic composition is excellent in lightness imparting effect and hair dyeing power. As a result of extensive research, the inventor of the present application blended a large amount of C22 or higher alcohol into the hair cosmetic composition by satisfying the above conditions (a) to (c), and the preferable effect of the present invention was obtained. I found out that
(Second invention)
According to the second aspect of the invention, a hair cosmetic composition in which the stability of the agent as an emulsion and the viscosity stability are more excellent can be obtained.
(Third invention)
According to the third aspect of the invention, a hair cosmetic composition discharged with compressed gas or liquefied gas is obtained. For example, an aerosol type hair cosmetic composition is obtained. Preferably, an aerosol type creamy hair cosmetic composition is obtained.
In hair cosmetic compositions, it is possible to adopt a technique for increasing the viscosity in order to improve the stability of the agent which is an emulsion, but there is a risk of causing operability problems, and the discharge amount per unit time is not constant. There is a fear. Moreover, although the method of increasing the compounding quantity of a higher alcohol in order to improve the hair dyeing property of hair cosmetics composition can be considered, there exists a possibility that a viscosity may become larger than necessary also in this case.
Although it is possible to adopt a technique of changing the type of higher alcohol to reduce the amount of surfactant in order to achieve stability of the viscosity, the stability of the agent as an emulsion may be lowered. Thereby, control of discharge amount may become difficult, there exists a possibility that an agent cannot be discharged uniformly, and there exists a possibility that the operativity of hair cosmetics composition may fall.
The third invention of the present application is an agent which is a good viscosity stability and emulsion of a hair cosmetic composition when the hair cosmetic composition has a viscosity suitable for ejection using a compressed gas or a liquefied gas. Stability can be obtained. Moreover, the hair cosmetic composition is excellent in lightness imparting effect and hair dyeing power.

(Fifth invention)
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, a multi-component hair cosmetic composition comprising a first agent excellent in emulsification stability, viscosity stability, and hair coloring power / lightness provision is provided. Preferably, a multi-component hair cosmetic composition that is discharged with compressed gas or liquefied gas is provided.
For example, as described in Examples below, when the first agent does not contain a dye such as an oxidation dye, it is excellent in emulsification stability, viscosity stability, and brightness.
(Sixth invention)
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, a preferred method for using a hair cosmetic composition is provided.
Next, modes for carrying out the present invention will be described including the best mode.
[Hair cosmetic composition]
The number of agents is not limited in the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, and it may be a single agent type or a multi-agent type including two or more agents. When two or more agents are included in the constitution, it may be referred to as a multi-component hair cosmetic composition. The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is preferably the first agent in the multi-component hair cosmetic composition. A two-agent formula consisting of a first agent containing an alkaline agent and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent is suitable, but a third agent containing, for example, an oxidation aid is also added as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired. It is good also as a structure of 3 or more agents.
The hair cosmetic composition is a concept containing an oxidative hair dye, a hair bleaching agent, a hair decoloring agent, a direct hair dye, a temporary colorant, a hair styling agent, a hair care agent, etc. Agents and hair destaining agents are preferred.
The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is an emulsion containing (A) a higher alcohol and (B) a nonionic surfactant, and has a viscosity of 8000 to 25000 mPa · s. Furthermore, it is preferable to contain an alkali agent.
In the present invention, the viscosity is measured by a B-type viscometer manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd. (rotor No. 3, rotation speed 12 rpm, 25 ° C., 1 minute).
The viscosity of the hair cosmetic composition is 8000 to 25000 mPa · s, and preferably 10,000 to 24000 mPa · s. When the viscosity is less than 8000 mPa · s, there is a risk that the viscosity stability at high temperature is lowered, and when it exceeds 25000 mPa · s, there is a possibility that the operability is lowered. In Comparative Example 2 described later, although the viscosity change is small, the viscosity itself is low. Therefore, it is reasonably estimated that the viscosity stability at a high temperature is poor.
The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is preferably discharged with compressed gas or liquefied gas. It is preferably an aerosol cream hair cosmetic composition, and is also preferably the first agent of an aerosol cream multi-component hair cosmetic composition.
The hair cosmetic composition is an emulsion, preferably in the form of cream, emulsion, or foam, and more preferably in the form of cream or foam.

After mixing each agent, foam, cream and emulsion are preferred, foam and cream are more preferred, and cream is particularly preferred. The mixing ratio of each agent can be determined as appropriate.
Further, the hair cosmetic composition (each agent in the case of a multi-component hair cosmetic composition) may be enclosed in an aerosol-type container in a state where a propellant that is a compressed gas or a liquefied gas is mixed, or sprayed. It may be enclosed in an aerosol container while being isolated from the agent. Examples of the propellant include LPG, dimethyl ether, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and the like.
The amount of the propellant enclosed in the aerosol container is not limited.
The hair cosmetic composition can be used by a known method. A method of discharging the hair cosmetic composition from an aerosol container and applying it to the hair is preferred. The aerosol-type container is not particularly limited, and may be provided with a mechanism for separately discharging each agent of the hair cosmetic composition, or may be provided with a mechanism for simultaneously discharging a plurality of arbitrary agents. The dosage form after being discharged from the aerosol-type container can be the above preferred dosage form.
The stability of the emulsion (also referred to as the stability of the agent) means that the emulsion is not separated for a certain period of time at a high temperature (60 ° C.) as in Examples described later.
Viscosity stability refers to the case where the viscosity ratio (viscosity after storage at 40 ° C. for 6 months / viscosity immediately after preparation) is close to 1.
The higher alcohol as component (A) is a monohydric alcohol having 14 or more carbon atoms. The skeleton of the higher alcohol is not particularly limited, and includes one containing a linear structure, a branched structure, a cyclic structure such as an aromatic alcohol. Further, the saturation / unsaturation is not limited. As the higher alcohol as component (A), a commercially available product may be used as appropriate, or a synthetic product may be used. (A) A component may be comprised from 1 type or multiple types of higher alcohol.
The blending amount of the component (A) in the hair cosmetic composition is 4.0 to 8.0% by mass, preferably 4.0 to 7.5% by mass, more preferably 4.5 to 7.0% by mass. %. When the blending amount of the component (A) is less than 4.0% by mass, there is a risk that the stability of the agent is lowered and the hair dyeing power / lightness is deteriorated. There is a possibility that a problem of reduction occurs.
The hair cosmetic composition preferably contains a relatively large amount of higher alcohol having C22 (carbon number 22) or more. The skeleton is preferably linear or branched. About saturation / unsaturation, saturation is preferable. A preferred C22 or higher alcohol is behenyl alcohol.
A value obtained by dividing the total mass of the higher alcohol of C22 or higher by the total mass of higher alcohol is “mass ratio of the amount of higher alcohol of C22 or higher to the total amount of component (A)”. The said mass ratio is 0.50-1, Preferably it is 0.55-1, More preferably, it is 0.60-1. When the mass ratio of the higher alcohol of C22 or lower is less than 0.50, there is a possibility that compatibility between the stability of the agent and the viscosity stability cannot be achieved.
The nonionic surfactant which is (B) component is not specifically limited, A commercial item can be used suitably. The component (B) affects the viscosity of the agent together with the component (A). (B) A component may be comprised from 1 type or multiple types of nonionic surfactant.
