【解決手段】メタルジャケット型ガスケット構造を採用し、そのメタルジャケット型ガスケットの幅を狭くすることによってパイプフランジとの接触面積を小さくして締付圧力の低減化を図る一方、その狭幅のメタルジャケット型ガスケットをガスケット本体とし、当該ガスケット本体の外周及び内周の少なくとも一方に、冷間圧延鋼板、ステンレス鋼板、防錆メッキした冷間圧延鋼板、防錆メッキしたステンレス鋼板、Cu、Al、Zn、Ni、Sn、Si、Ti、Fe、Cr、Nb、C、Mo、W、Coから選択される1種の金属からなる金属板もしくはそれらの合金板からなるメタルリングを嵌着して複合ガスケットを構成する。

- 非アスベスト材料を主成分とする芯材をメタルジャケットで包み込んでなる狭幅のリング状メタルジャケット型ガスケット本体と、
冷間圧延鋼板、ステンレス鋼板、防錆メッキした冷間圧延鋼板、防錆メッキしたステンレス鋼板、Cu、Al、Zn、Ni、Sn、Si、Ti、Fe、Cr、Nb、C、Mo、W、Coから選択される1種の金属からなる金属板もしくはそれらの合金板からなる、当該ガスケット本体の外周及び内周の少なくとも一方に嵌着されたメタルリングと
からなる、複合ガスケット。 - 非アスベスト材料を主成分とする芯材をメタルジャケットで包み込んでなる狭幅のリング状メタルジャケット型ガスケット本体と、
当該ガスケット本体の外周及び内周の少なくとも一方に嵌着されたメタルリングと
からなり、
非アスベスト材料が、無機繊維と無機微粉末とを含む
複合ガスケット。 - 前記ガスケット本体の外周及び内周の少なくとも一方に嵌着されたメタルリングが、冷間圧延鋼板、ステンレス鋼板、防錆メッキした冷間圧延鋼板、防錆メッキしたステンレス鋼板、Cu、Al、Zn、Ni、Sn、Si、Ti、Fe、Cr、Nb、C、Mo、W、Coから選択される1種の金属からなる金属板もしくはそれらの合金板からなる請求項2に記載の複合ガスケット。
- 前記メタルリングが金属メッキ又はフッ素樹脂、フッ素ゴム及びシリコン樹脂からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種の材料からなる被膜を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の複合ガスケット。
- 前記ガスケット本体の内周及び外周にそれぞれ前記メタルリングを嵌着された全面接触型ガスケットである請求項1〜4のいずれか一に記載の複合ガスケット。
