Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の医療用フィルムは、ポリエチレン系樹脂中に薄片化黒鉛が含有されていることを特徴とするので、優れた滑り性、導電性及び熱融着性を有しており、様々な医療用途に容易に加工することができる。更に、本発明の医療用フィルムは優れた透明性を有しており、薬剤の包装袋などに用いた場合には、内部に収納した薬剤の状態を容易に視認することができ好ましい。

Description
黒鉛粉末を予備的にシート成型して予備成型シートを製造した。この予備成型シートを図5に示すようにロール12、13間に供給して圧延し密度が密度0.7g/cm3、厚み1mmの低密度黒鉛シートを用意した。
得られた医療用フィルムの引張強度をJIS K7127に準拠して測定した。
得られた医療用フィルムの引張伸度をJIS K7127に準拠して測定した。
得られた医療用フィルムの摩擦係数をJIS K7125:1987に準拠して測定した。
得られた医療用フィルムの表面粗度RaをJIS B0601に準拠して測定した。
得られた医療用フィルムのヘイズ値をJIS K7136に準拠して測定した。

Claims (3)
- ポリエチレン系樹脂中に薄片化黒鉛が含有されていることを特徴とする医療用フィルム。
- 薄片化黒鉛を0.005〜2重量%含有し且つ残余がポリエチレン系樹脂からなることを特徴とする医療用フィルム。
- ポリエチレン系樹脂が直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用フィルム。
