Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体は、陽極酸化処理によって、平均内径が100〜500nmである無数の微細孔を有する膜層により表面が被覆されている形状化されたステンレス鋼基材と、結晶型熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とし、且つ射出成形によって前記表面の微細孔内に嵌め込まれて、前記ステンレス鋼基材と一体に接合される樹脂部材と、を備える。

Claims (9)
- 陽極酸化処理によって、平均内径が100〜500nmである無数の微細孔を有する膜層により表面が被覆されている、形状化されたステンレス鋼基材と、
結晶型熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とし、且つ射出成形によって前記表面の微細孔内に嵌め込まれて前記ステンレス鋼基材と一体に接合される樹脂部材と、
を備えることを特徴とするステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体。 - 前記膜層の輪郭曲線の算術の平均高さ(Ra)は0.2〜1.0μmで、輪郭曲線の最大高さ(Rz)は2.5〜5.0μmで、且つ前記膜層が輪郭曲線要素の平均長さ(RSm)が30〜50μmである粗度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体。
- 前記樹脂部材は、ポリフェニレンスルフィドを主成分とし、且つその中には重量比が25重量%〜35重量%のガラス繊維が添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1から2の何れか一項に記載のステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体。
- ステンレス鋼基材の表面に形成された前記膜層は、主に鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)、ニッケル(Ni)及び酸素(O)元素により構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体。
- 形状化されたステンレス鋼基材を用意する工程と、
前記ステンレス鋼基材を活性化処理して、その表面に形成された自然酸化物皮膜を除く工程と、
活性化処理を経た前記ステンレス鋼基材に対して、陽極酸化処理を行うことによって、前記ステンレス鋼基材の表面に平均内径が100〜500nmである無数の微細孔を有する膜層を形成する工程と、
陽極酸化処理を経た前記ステンレス鋼基材を射出成形金型内にインサートして、前記ステンレス鋼基材の膜層に向かって溶融した結晶型熱可塑性樹脂を注入し、且つ前記溶融樹脂を前記ステンレス鋼基材の表面に形成された微細孔に侵入させた状態で、前記溶融樹脂を硬化して樹脂部材を成形する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とするステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。 - 前記活性化処理は、前記ステンレス鋼基材を室温下で硫酸或いは塩酸を含有する水溶液に1〜2分浸漬することであり、硫酸溶液の場合、前記硫酸の質量濃度が15%〜35%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。
- 前記陽極酸化処理は、前記ステンレス鋼基材を陽極とし、チタン板を陰極とし、硝酸、三価の塩化鉄及び添加剤を含有する酸性電解液を通電して行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。
- 前記酸性電解液において、硝酸の質量濃度が1%〜10%であり、三価の塩化鉄の質量濃度が10%〜100%であり、前記ステンレス鋼基材を通過する電流の密度は1〜10A/dm2であり、陽極酸化する時に必要とする通電時間は1〜3分であり、且つ陽極酸化している間の前記酸性電解液の温度は15〜60℃に保たれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。
- 前記添加剤は、体積濃度が1〜10g/Lのチオカルバミド或いは体積濃度が4〜40g/Lの酒石酸カリウムナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステンレス鋼と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。
