Abstract
【解決手段】金属製のポンプシリンダ(10)と、当該ポンプシリンダ内で移動可能にガイドされる金属製のポンプピストン(20)とを有する、燃料ポンプ(1)特にコモンレール燃料システムのための高圧燃料ポンプ。本発明によって、製造技術上のより少ない費用で製造可能な燃料ポンプが提供される。これはとりわけ、ポンプピストン(20)が、熱処理なしかつコーティングなしのベアリング材質から作られており、ベアリング材質は鍛錬用合金あるいは銅合金によって形成されていることによって達成される。

Claims (3)
- 金属製のポンプシリンダ(10)と、該ポンプシリンダ内で移動可能にガイドされる金属製のポンプピストン(20)と、を有する燃料ポンプ(1)、特に高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、
前記ポンプピストン(20)が、熱処理なしかつコーティングなしのベアリング材質から作られており、該ベアリング材質は鍛錬用合金あるいは銅合金によって形成されていることを特徴とする燃料ポンプ(1)。 - 前記ベアリング材質は、銅・アルミニウム合金によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料ポンプ(1)。
- 前記ベアリング材質は、銅・亜鉛合金によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料ポンプ(1)。
