以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
上記した課題を達成するため、本発明に係るペット用トイレは、上面にシーツが敷設される板状の土台３と、内枠１と蓋部２を蝶つがい５によって開閉自在に取り付ける。土台３の内側に適合する形状に形成された内枠１と蓋部２を設ける。尚且つ、この土台３の内部下部にテコ１３の原理、又はＺ状回転シャフト１５の機構を配し、フットペダル４によって内枠１と蓋部２が自動で開閉する。
更に内枠１と蓋部２の前面に引っ掛け部を、接点となるフットペダルに受け部を備え、自動でストッパーが掛かることを可能としたペット用トイレである。
（イ）外枠となる土台３前部にフットペダル４を設ける。（図１参照）
（ロ）内枠１後部と土台３後部に蝶つがい５を設け、蝶つがい５を支点に開閉出来る蓋部２を構成する。（図２参照）
（ハ）土台３内部にテコ１３、又はＺ状回転シャフト１５を設け、内枠１・蓋部２とフットペダル４に連結する。（図４・図５・図６・図７参照）
（ニ）内枠１の下面に凸部１１を、その接点となる土台３上に凹部１２を複数設ける。（図３参照）
（ホ）内枠１と蓋部２の正面に引っ掛け部８を、接点となるフットペダル４に受け部９を設け、ストッパーを構成する。（図３参照）
以下に、本発明の土台内部にテコの原理を利用した際の構造を説明する。
（ア）テコ１３の力点部１５をフットペダルに、作用点部１６を内枠１と蓋部２側に設ける。（図４・図６参照）
（イ）支点部１４を力点部１５と作用点部１６の中央、または中央より作用点部１６側に設ける。（図４・図６参照）
（ウ）作用点部１６を内枠１と蓋部２の連結部１７に連結する。（図４・図６参照）
以下に、本発明の土台内部にＺ状回転シャフト機構を利用した際の構造を説明する。
（ア）Ｚ状回転シャフト１８の力点部１５をフットペダル４側に、先端軸１９を内枠１と蓋部２側に設置する。（図５・図７参照）
（イ）フットペダル４を踏み込むとＺ状回転シャフト１８が回転し、先端軸１９がせり上がる。（図５・図７参照）
本発明は以上のような構造である。
本発明の使用方法は、
（イ）フットペダル４を踏み込み、受け部９を引き、引っ掛け部８をはずしながら内枠１と蓋部２を開き上げる。
（ロ）土台３上、シート載置部１０にトイレシート７を敷き、フットペダル４から足を離す。
以上で開いていた内枠１と蓋部２が内枠１と蓋部２自身の重みにより降り閉まり、内枠１と蓋部２と土台３でシートを挟み込みながら内枠１と蓋部２の凸部１１と土台３の凹部１２がシートを固定し、内枠１の引っ掛け部８とフットペダル４の受け部９で自動的にストッパーがかかり、トイレシートの交換が終了する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
